Great experience buying online
Really good experience shopping with these guys and gals. I bought a Conn-Selmer PBS-380V, which was out of stock at the time. I thought about buying from another retailer who had one in stock, but Sax.co.uk had a better price, a better reputation, and better finance options, so I decided to be patient and order from them.
I prepared for a long wait, but before I even got around to asking, I received an email with an estimate of when they expected to have one in stock. My new sax was shipped not long after and arrived the next day. It was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with it.
If I had to find one thing to complain about, it would be that the free ligature which they kindly threw in was the wrong size. But hey, it was free, and I had one the correct size already anyway, so no harm done.

disappointed my order was not in stock, site said it was when I ordered it .
I was disappointed to find my order was not in stock when I placed it, the website said it was in stock but it wasn't, I received an email a few days later saying they are awaiting a delivery.

Apologies- in the move over to our new website a couple of items were set wrongly, when it came to in stock/out of stock tags. We’ve addressed that now and the site is vastly more accurate than the previous version when it comes to such issues

I have used this shop several times. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The stock is extensive and, in my opinion, beyond compare in the UK. Delivery is always prompt. Overall, a great shopping experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service and Prompt delivery. I am really impressed with the product that I purchased from your on line store. Contrary to many web sites saxophone ligatures only make minimal changes to the tone of your mouthpiece. The product I purchased the BG Otto Link tenor sax ligature makes a dramatic improvement to the tone and brightness to my vintage 8*Otto Link Tone master mouthpiece.
I have a message to all Saxophone players in the UK this is a number one on line store and is a must visit if you are in London UK.

We shipped your order on the day it was received – you will have the tracking number in your emails. Postal shipping form the UK to California normally takes between a week and ten days – this being only 5 working days since we shipped. According to the tracking the mouthpiece is with the USPS in El Dorado CA already so not much longer to wait
