Bought the product, initial use it seemed to really open up the air ways but found it lasts on a short amount of time, 10 minutes maybe. I have found over time it's less effective and the length of time it lasts also seems to diminish. Great idea but I couldn't justify the price for the effect it gives, especially after a few days use where it now seems to do very little even when upping the dose. The taste isn't great but isn't terrible.

The second order worth over 100 Euro never arrived, and there were no replies to my emails; I was ignored. The product is good, but the customer service is non-existent. I am looking for a substitute.

EDIT - Update: I emailed the parent business in New Zealand as per the reply below, and the UK branch replied via email; they said the package had been found in transit (the courier claimed they tried to deliver it). I have been offered a refund or for the item to be resent. I opted to resend the package. This was a few days ago, so I assume they are waiting for the courier to return the package. The courier was the Royal Mail, the kiss of death for any package; I suspect the package never left the UK and was fraudulently marked as delivered in a UK office, as it would be nearly impossible to retrieve it from Europe if it had ever made it that far.

EDIT 2 - Thank you, Savvy Touch. After a second failed attempt to deliver to Germany, I received a full refund. The business is communicative and friendly, and I share their frustrations when shipping to Europe, and it's not just this business. eBay is also a mess when shipping from the UK to Europe.

I then placed another order to a UK address as I shall be returning home shortly. The package arrived safely.

I was disappointed, because my parcel wasn’t delivered. And I couldn’t get in touch. After my last review now, finally I got in touch with somebody looking for my missing parcel.
And I was also offered a replacement parcel. When this arrives, I will edit this review again. I think that this is fair.

I decided not to buy their products precisely because of the way they respond to people! Their sarcastic and unprofessional attitude is very off-putting. I wish you success with your useless product and shitty attitude towards people.

People here are expecting this to be the cure-all permanent solution. It works, my only complaint is the flavor but it's worth the ability to breathe easier.

I will say I think it affects everyone differently but I've been able to breathe better the past half day after taking it in the morning, while I work in an office where everyone has the flu.

This is a great natural remedy to aid and soothe, and man is two drops strong! I can't believe people can take a whole spoon full!

I am so glad I read these reviews before I placed an order. If it was maybe $20 CDN I would MAYBE gamble on trying but not at their prices. More so not after these reviews. Thanks

Major menthol hit in my mouth and throat but still very much blocked up. Sounded like a good idea. Now I gotta sleep with a numb mouth. Oh well.

Order and paid for Rocket Fuel - 100ml with dropper on the 15th Match and still haven’t received product on the 15th April and no one from the company has responded. Have just logged a dispute with PayPal now. Sick of it, just want my money back!

Doesn't do much at all. Not sure how the people in the advertising are so affected and impressed. You would get the same result from a regular throat lozenge. Very disappointing. I just feel totally ripped off. Basically duped by good marketing.

Waste of money, mis-advertised. I would recommend a ginger tea and save the money!

The effects don't last as long as advertised when spoken to the customer service gave little effort to help.

The study done on the website does say 'while it might improve performance, further testing would be needed to isolate the specific factors that would give conclusive support'.

This isn’t a good product, it doesn’t work and certainly isn’t rocket fuel as described! Waste of £30, there are much better products out there! Very disappointed

It taste so bad. It's just like chewing menthol candy. IT DOESN'T WORK.

Over priced , it’s like having a locket when your feeling ill, the drops only last for a few mins then back to normal , waste of money

This is a great product. Makes a difference immediately and definitely helps with sleeping and breathing during the night. (I monitor my sleep on an app and the difference shows in daily results).

I agree that the effect of day dose seems short lived, but repeated use at recommended intervals, definitely adds up to make a difference. Anyone that expects a single use to fix everything is expecting too much. Like most things, it takes dedication to see long lasting results. This product is definitely worth a try, just don’t write it off too quickly. Stick with it and consider monitoring your sleep so you see the difference.

Was advert targeted on Insta, kept ignoring the ads as thought it was spam but I suffer with snorting and congestion and didn’t want to keep using chemical products, this has really helped to be fair it’s not a cure but it works well for me. Would suggest you try it at least once

Absolute waste of money. I've suffered with congestion since I was a teenager and used all the sprays and in fairness they work but are harsh on the nose. However I bought this (stupidly) thinking it may be a natural alternative like described in so many of their social media ads. Honestly its no different, if not less effective that chewing on airwaves chewing gum. The menthol in it gives a instant illusion the nose is clear, but infact is not. I used it as described and consistently throughout the day and even befor bed. I woke up at 1 in the morning stuffy and even tried it then and it did nothing. It's not a miracle cure, I bought it so you don't have to.

Does absolutely nothing. I agree with other users on here.
This has absolutely 0 decongestant in it. Glorified vicks vapo rub for the throat.
