Returns policy is ridiculous, they allow customers 3 days from receipt of an item to arrange a return. Arranging a return is done via email and took well over 1 week. Customers then have 3 days after arranging a return to send back an item. The labels provided are FedEx and the return process is very unclear, they have to be returned via home collection which is impossible to arrange. Customer service is incredibly slow. Took over 1 month to be refunded.

Bought a pair on Manolo Hangisis for my upcoming wedding. Originally ordered my usual size but they run large so needed to exchange for a 4. My request was responded to within the 3-5 working days advertised on the website and I received very specific instructions on how to return free of charge through fed ex. Three weeks later I was in possession of my size 4s, perfect fit! Takes a little longer than most to process but that’s because they are based in Sweden so can’t complain about that! as long as you order in good time you should be fine! I noticed the rules for returning are quite specific (how to position shoes in box for example) but this is understandable for such valuable items. I got my shoes for about 30% less than other places during the Black Friday sales. Couldn’t recommend enough and if I ever find myself in the position to buy designer shoes again (here’s hoping!) I will be coming back here for sure. Follow the rules and you will have a good experience :)

I bought a pair of Christian louboutins with them that didn’t fit me. I sent it back and they took 10% off my refund claiming that the soles aren’t in perfect condition. The shoes were unworn brand new. They attached some pictures with minor scratches probably from putting them on the floor to try. I checked their terms and there is no clause for taking 10% off my order and they already sold my returned shoe. Very disappointed at this unprofessionalism. Otherwise shoes arrived in due time and it took 2 days for them to authorize my return. I hope they can resolve this for me so I can continue shopping with them.

I have bought 2 pairs of Hangisis from them. Perfectly packed and I’m very happy. It’s a small company based in Sweden. They are quite slow at responding through email though. No one picks up the phone. Will buy again from them.

I had a situation where I needed a 50 foot fence run installed as soon as possible. Dave , the owner of Savannahs fence company. put me on the schedule with in 4 days. His crew came here and installed the fence while I was at work. They did an outstanding job. It turned out better than I even expected. If you need a fence or a repair, I am telling you, you will not be disappointed with this company. They are extremely friendly, professional, and very reliable. their prices are I found were way better than any other company I called, and I called at least 8 to 10 different companies for quotes, Savannahs price came out to be at least half the cost of the other companies. I am a very happy customer, and I would have no problem highly recommending them to any one I know looking to have a fence installed.

I had a great experience with Savannahs and would order from them again. They shipped my order quick and my Christian Louboutin heels were in perfect condition. Unfortunately, they were a little big and I sent them back with no problems. I am very happy with Savannahs!

Don’t used this site, bought a pair of CL shoes, they delivered an empty shoes box, after contacted them they said they would check with DHL (which I don’t think is got anything to do with the carrier). But I never heard from them for over a year till I ask them again where’s my shoes, the said would send me gift card so I could to repurchase it even offer more to meet the price of the price, I thought humm that’s nice they actually try to fix their mistake, but surprise surprise after 3 failed links of gift cards links they finally just sent me a code that I could used, but they conveniently rise the price again and won’t just send a replacement pair of shoes I originally purchased. Avoid this site at all costs it’s a scam!

Couldn’t give no stars. After checking with Christian louboutin that these were a genuine stockist, I bought a pair. I wore them once for about 2 hours and they started wearing away inside. They weren’t prepared to help, offered no resolution. Currently working with PayPal to resolve. Do not buy from these crooks, should have trusted my gut feeling and avoided.

0/10 would not recommend. they sent me scuffed louboutins and i was so excited to purchase my first pair since they were on sale. turns out CL stopped making them years ago and they are so old a CL SA couldn't recall what season they were from. only pro is i was able to return no problem.

DO NOT USE terrible customer service my item was apparently delivered 24th November, still to receive it though, I'm without my Xmas gift and money to replace it as they won't refund me £276 I have sent more than 20 emails and they don't care. Absolutely shocking service will never buy from them again.

Watch out. This company is located in Sweden (is a small private storefront), and they have terrible customer service. I placed an order that they randomly cancelled in the middle of the Holiday season - for no clear reason other than "security". They then proceeded to refund the order but kept $20 as some sort of transaction fee, while at the same time urging me to make another order using PayPal! The nerve! Beware!

Order approved then cancelled... I purchased shoes from Savannah's, my card was approved and charged. Then the following day, I received an email letting me know my order was cancelled due to a problem with my card and I will be refunded (the refund has yet to be posted and I am checking EVERY day).I called my bank and they let me know there is nothing wrong with my card. I reached out to Savannah's to ask why they cancelled my order and they told me 'one of the reasons' why my order was cancelled is because my card does not have 3D secure - something I had never heard from before. The other reasons are unknown. Very poor experience especially for a new upcoming brand. This is why I will keep giving my business to Saks and big players who know how to treat their loyal customers.

I bought a pair of shoes here which were defective. First I got the runaround, then finally: no, they wouldn't accept that the shoes were defective, even though they fell apart on the first wear. Will definitely never buy from here again, it's a lottery!

Does not accept returns of defective shoes. Bought a pair of Christian Louboutin sandals here for my girlfriend, cost 7.000kr (full price). After wearing them for 2 minutes the inner sole started falling off! Sent photos to the store: they replied asking me to send photos! So I sent more, and more (they wanted photos of every part of the shoe), after a week no reply, sent multiple reminders, and finally: no, the store refuses to accept a return and claimed that the damage was due to excessive wear, after 2 minutes use!

Stockholm's best shoe repair service were not able to repair the inner sole, they told me the shoe's defective.

I buy a LOT of shoes, but will never buy from Savannah's again, better to buy directly from the manufacturer. Otherwise you are throwing your money away, because if the shoe is defective, Savannah's sure won't take care of it.
