Nordic’s customer service has been outstanding. I was using my FSA funds for the sauna and customer service responded quickly and with a very friendly attitude to my many many questions, in both text and email. Special shout out to Karizza, Eric and Matthew.

Everything is incredible, easy to assemble and it feels amazing. Quality wood and great design, it gets real hot at 135 which is enough for a sauna like this. Price is right on point for the quality. From ordering with Eric P to shipping and setup and using. Greatest service possible.

Once I figured out my Sauna was traveling by train to PA from CA, the stops made much more sense. The shipper was super helpful, and the driver was outstanding!

The Sauna itself war perfect. One note for those who are purchasing a 3+ person Sauna, the front panel with glass is quite heavy. You are going to need more than a husband and wife to lift it and hold it in place.

Once the unboxed parts were pre-positioned where we wanted it set up, it took 30mins to set it completely up! Lovely!

I appreciated that the team reached out multiple ways, and was able to communicate in my best mode (text). Also, Matthew was great providing details on differences with the heaters and providing me quotes that we were able to review.

Left a message...They called me right back. Got the info that I needed and placed my order!

The purchase was easy

I purchased the Avila and I love it! Prior to arriving, I changed the model I wanted and the customer service was EXCELLENT! So receptive and understanding and accommodated my request immediately! This is how customer service should be! We received the sauna on the delivery date I wanted. It was the easiest installation ever! Within an hour we were reaping the benefit of this infrared sauna playing soothing music through the Bluetooth speakers! I absolutely love it and highly recommend this company!

I purchased 3 person Maxxus Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna and absolutely love it. Quality build and easy to put together. It took about an hour for my son and I from start to finish.
The customer service I received from the Sales Manager, John, was beyond what I have ever experienced. There was some miss information about electrical requirements on the website which was going to require an electrician to come in and do some work. I called and spoke to a service rep (who picked up on the 1st ring) who immediately got John, Sales Manager involved and offered to pay for all expenses related to the electrical without me even having to ask. Doing the right thing is not always what you get these days so I was very impressed with how they conducted their business. Thank you, Nordica!
