I ordered a map update for my Mitsubishi MMCS unit. At first we couldn’t find the correct software for my specific hardware version, but the support team responded quickly, provided the proper image file, and guided me through the update process. Everything works perfectly now with the 2025 map version.

It would be helpful to have a clear compatibility table showing which MMCS hardware versions correspond to which map update, but overall the service was excellent and very supportive. Highly recommended!

I ordered a map update for my Jaguar Gen2.1 satnav.
Downloaded the update and extracted to a usb-stick. The extract did include a couple of extra directory levels and did not work. After some advice and trying I removed the extra directory levels and copied the files directly to the root of my usb-stick. After this the upgrade succeeded.

As result, please correct the content of the .rar-file and remove the extra directory levels!

Anyhow the responses to my questions were fast and the maps have been now succesfully updated.

I ordered and received my update on a memory stick but without a code or any instructions. Apparently it takes a bit of time in order to receive the code but once you have it,it is a simple process to install. It takes around an hour to complete the installation but then it's done!

I ordered cards for the Audi and three weeks later they never arrived. The seller suggested that the letter with the cards was delayed or lost. He offered to wait another week, after which he promised to send another letter in return for the lost one. I was already beginning to suspect that this whole idea with the cards was a complete hoax, but to my satisfaction the letter with the cards arrived a couple of weeks later. It should also be noted here that there is very good service, correct use of the language of communication and, most importantly, excellent advice on installing cards.
I am grateful to these guys for their work.
