I have had nothing but great customer service from the employees and the Stor-All location on east Main Street in Columbus, Ohio. They are always courteous and always have a smile on their face. Great Job and Kudos to those who work out of this office.

storing twenty years of my life
So happy i found stor-all! i was close to where i was staying till i found my new place! i had never used a unit in mt hole 47 years of life! i had never used a u hall earth! i lot of first where going on for me! so if and when i ever have to use a unit again i would use the same place again! security and staff where grate to me! they treat you a person and not a locker number!

Overall good, huge rate/rent increases
Overall I've been happy with Stor All. Not happy with huge rate/rent increases every year. Will shop around if much higher. Also wasn't thrilled when they started charging a fee if you paid cash! Website okay, a nice improvement would be availability to pay for partial month ahead (not just month per)

It's a storage unit
I moved several years ago for a job and found Stor all. It was clean and affordable and has great staff. The only issue was not much monitoring and someone tried to get into my units. I have not as any other issues.

Real good people
Let me start off by saying my first going I was made to feel like I had know them all of my life,I can't remember his name but he was so nice.Then we had a lot of flooding here in Louisville,and they call me to check on my items to see if they where ok.i just hope they be around a long time and case I need them in the near future.I'm using them now and I like doing business with real nice people all of the people that work there are super nice.

rent increases shave been excessive
Your rental increases(50%) have been way more that than rate of inflation for the past 5 years. Your grace period is not a grace period when you lock out the renter during this so called grace period. Also a grace period should be more like 5 days. Snow removal is poor and many times blocks the storage entrance. How about long term customer discount.

my store all storage is a little bit too much money i might try a cheaper one soon my money is getting thin
i like carla and husband a lot but they need to help me out more finding a cheaper storage for me i am not rich i have other bills to pay.

Very happy with service, location and experienced employees
Stor-All Palumbo has been absolutely wonderful to interact with due to the fact that I have been leasing/renting for the last 2 years. I have gone from a larger unit down to a smaller one as needed and they have worked to accommodate all my needs. I would highly recommend their business to anyone in need of there services.

wonderful place ! clean friendly people i would recommend to my closes friends and family.
Great staff the cleanest storage facilities i have ever seen and secure. I would store my most prize belonging there and feel they would safe and secure. I am very pleased with there service and hospitality.

We have used stor-all for over 5 years there facilities are safe and clean and access
is always available,But over the last several years we have seen prices increase every
year at a substantial rate for the same storage area and service.What are we being charged
for we use no electricity or water and have not increased our storage space if this continues
we will be forced to go elsewhere.

The finest storage facility I've ever used!
I have had occasion to utilize several different storage facilities in 3 different states. Without a doubt, I find both the storage units and (more importantly) the management at Stor-All to be the best hands down. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The level of service from any of the management teams over the years has been incredible. I am impressed that the regional representatives do such a good job maintaining consistently high levels within the local teams. I can't say enough good things about Stor-All and truly do recommend it without reservation.

DON'T USE THEM!
They consistently raise their rates. They overcharge you because their managers made a mistake but refuse to let you know they made the mistake prior to your bill or be in any way cooperative to help resolve the issue. Overall they suck! It's forcing me to take my business elsewhere.
