Worst experience with sassafras, order one dress worth rupees 1780/-
Dress was not good, return the dress, but I didn't get any refund. Please don't buy anything from sassfras.
They don't have good team, trying to call them since 15 days, no response.

Worst experience with Sassafras Clothing. They claim my refund was processed, but no money was credited, even after I shared my transaction history as proof. Customer support is useless and keeps repeating the same lie. The grievance team was copied and did absolutely nothing.

Never buying from them again. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely ridiculous and infuriating experience with Sassafras! I’ve been chasing these incompetent clowns for OVER TWO MONTHS just to return products worth over ₹4,000 — and they’ve done NOTHING. Their so-called “customer service” is a complete joke — full of LIARS dishing out false promises every single time. Half the time, the call doesn’t even connect, and when it does, they spin the same pathetic excuse: “technical issue on our end,” followed by the same rehearsed LIE — “this time, the return request is 100% placed.” What a load of utter garbage!

Are you running a business or a scam? This is beyond unprofessional — it’s SHADY and ROGUISH. I’m honestly shocked this company is still in operation. It’s like dealing with a bunch of scammers with zero accountability. Never buying from this disgrace of a brand again. Total waste of time, money, and energy. SHAME on Sassafras!

I lost my money , I had ordered one tube dress , money deducted but in massage it showing cod, courier boy denied to give order forcing to pay again for the same order. It was terrific experience for me. Even I have send all the payment proofs still he not convinced. Even customer service number is also not available.

They are thieves, take prepaid orders never deliver and then don't refund. You try contacting them they just don't bother to respond via calls or emails. Zero customer service.

Pathetic service. I raised a return request which was manually processed by the team. After 7 days also there is no update on when the product will be picked and now if I check the status on website it shows the pickup has been cancelled. There is absolutely no way to reach to the customer support team - they do not respond on emails and their number is unreachable. Totally a fraud company. Advised not to buy from their website, not at all trustworthy.

I had ordered a blazer with pants from Sassafras which did was one size smaller and so I placed an exchange request for a bigger size. Even after 20 days of the request I did not receive my exchange order and their customer service number was also not available after my first complaint call. Maybe they blocked my number. Totally pathetic and unacceptable behaviour by such a brand.

Order placed on 24th feb 2025 this is second time nor dispatching Order nor refunding amount have to always go for consumer complaint for it.
Will never place order now onwards

I got a fraud call, one girl called me, and told you do shopping of 5000 at website, and you will get a gift from the six gifts including LED, refrigerator, iphone, apple watch etc. Do not loot innocent people.

Very disappointed by sassafras..I have ordered on 14th November but the size was too big ..so I returned that articles .. till now they were initiated not my refund ....customer care service was also very bad ....
