The process going forward was made very clear from the outset. Quotes showing the costs for the different types of wood were given at the beginning and Brett explained the differences and bespoke finishes very clearly on his site visit to our house. All timetables were met and the installers were both friendly and tidy. Would recommend the company as professional and reliable. Very happy with the final results.
