please avoid this company, they are complete cowboys. the worst joinery sub-contractor i have ever encountered.

Outstanding Service & Quality from Sash Specialist

I recently used Sash Specialist for a windows and doors project and I’m extremely pleased with the results. As someone who runs a construction company and has worked with numerous window suppliers over the years, I can confidently say these guys stand out.

They are highly professional, reliable, and very reasonable on pricing. The quality of materials is excellent, and the finish of the installation was spot on. Communication throughout the job was clear and efficient.

I’ll definitely be using Sash Specialist again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and professional service.

I was promised that the windows would…

I was promised that the windows would be done in 10 days but it took about a month because 2 of the windows were incorrect. The finish was hasty and left me to complete. The windows were well made and the financing was competitive. I like the 10 yr guarantee on the joints.

Regarding the delay you mentioned, we would like to clarify the circumstances. The project took longer than expected due to certain circumstances on-site that required careful handling. Our team encountered behaviour on-site that made them feel incredibly uncomfortable, including instances of inappropriate conduct towards both our staff and others present, which impacted the working environment. For the safety and well-being of everyone involved, this required the intervention of our owner to mediate the situation before we could continue with the installation, to ensure that the work environment remained respectful and professional.

We remain committed to providing high-quality service, completing our projects in a timely and professional manner. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and we hope the finished product meets your expectations in the long term. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out directly!

Excellent service and results

Over the last few years we've been back to Sunny and his team again and station for our beautiful wooden sash windows across the house, a gorgeous bespoke made front door and a perfect soon line picture window for our kitchen. He she his team have been a pleasure to deal with and we'll be calling on him again if ever we need more work done.
