I write this with great humility, I cannot recommend Sarsfield Memorials highly enough. From our very first conversation to the final installation of the headstone, the service we received was exceptional.

A special thank you to Ursula, whose kindness, compassion, and genuine care made such a difficult time so much easier to bear. She guided us through every stage of the process with patience, understanding, and professionalism, ensuring that every detail was exactly right.

Choosing a headstone for our beloved friend, colleague, and soldier was never going to be easy, but Ursula her empathy and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that we were creating a fitting and lasting tribute.

Incredible service from Sarsfield stonemasons, a Liverpool family run firm who provided a fantastic service from beginning to end. Ursula (manager/owner)co-ordinated the removal and return of family stone with additional scripture in a very professional manner. Ursula removed any stress at a very difficult time having a very compassionate manner and understanding of family needs and budget.

I initially contacted Sarsfield Memorials for a quote.
Ursula got back to me quickly requesting more information followed by details of work to be done along with a quote.
We decided to go through with Sarsfield due to her professionalism, promptness and I appreciated how she kept me updated throughout the process.
Since I contacted this family run business, work was carried out and finished in less than 2 weeks ( I had assumed work would start after the new year). I also enquired about insurance and this was quickly set up.

Ursula has been amazing from the very first contact, just after mum died, when we needed the stone removing from the cemetery. The company stored it and waited for us to contact them regarding the engraving. There was no pressure at all which is what you need when dealing with grief. They arranged permission with cemetery for a kerb to be added and they have taken stone back fully engraved as requested and sent us a picture of it in situ. We are not living local and their exemplary service has been of great help to us.

Ursula Sarsfield was our contact earlier this year, and from the first telephone call to the meeting on site in May 2024 about repairing and updating my partners family grave, through discussing the whole process and what needed to be done, then the whole process of uplifting and replacing of same she has been friendly and professional and kept us fully updated.

We had the added problem of not knowing which family member owned the grave as all the siblings and other members had died previously. Ursula was so good in also assisting us with this and the cemetery staff were just as helpful.

I needed to get my mom's headstone engraved...but I live in Olympia, Washington. The vicar at St. Bart's (Kate) and Ursula helped me with all the arrangements. I got great communication from Ursula via e-mail - even figured out how to wire transfer funds. The work from their craftsman was wonderful - the wording and print were precisely what I was looking for. Huge recommendation given my experience.

I live in Devon but my father and grandparents are buried in Liverpool. Ursula has not only built the headstones but also looked after the gravesite and I know it is in safe hands. An excellent job.
