I use to buy all my jewls in Hatton Garden, and discovered SARRF by accident maybe 2 years ago and I've bought several items, both custom made and of the shelf and they have always looked after and had the best prices 10 Stars!!

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! I took in a very sentimental piece of jewellery for repair and they could not have shown myself and my ring more care. They talked me through the options, made sure I understood each of them and the repair was perfect, with a clean and polish too. Thank you for so much for bringing my ring back to life!

My wife bought me a silver braclet from this shop through Etsy. It was described as “sterling silver”, I can tell you that this was not sterling silver, instead it was a very flimsy “silver material”. I wore it for 5 days and during that time the clasp never shut properly, the braclet bent out of shape without any undue pressure and the pattern on top wore away.
I asked for a refund during the money back timeframe and was told they would need to inspect it and would get back to me about the “next steps”. After 2 weeks I still hadn’t received this message so I sent them another message and basically got told it was through wear and tear (I only wore it for 5 days) and that there would be no refund. I will be reporting this to Etsy and trading standards

AVOID THIS JEWELLERY SELLER AT ALL COSTS.
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. After only a few wears, the chain developed a kink due to what a professional jeweller identified as a weak link, rendering it completely unwearable.
I contacted the seller and explained that, under my consumer rights, an item of this value should meet reasonable standards of quality and durability. This necklace cost £139, and one would expect a gold product at this price point to last far longer than just a few uses. Despite this, the seller has refused to offer either a refund or an exchange.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company unless they can guarantee the chain is properly made and structurally sound. I am deeply disappointed. 😞

Never get your jewellery repaired at this store. They take diamonds out of your jewellery and replace with fake ones. And when you confront them they call security on me.

Purchased a 9ct gold sovereign ring 2023, paid nearly £300. The ring has broken in the same area 3 times. The jewellery repair shop has informed me that this ring has signs its been repaired before I bought it as new. Emailed the jewellers and had no reply.

Bought half sovereign ring, after 6 weeks snapped, contacted company they did not want to know, not due to any excessive force or working as am pensioner.Company good until something goes wrong. Use at your Peril
