Reçu une robe à temps, mais qui ne me va pas.
Sur leur site il est écris que pour effectuer un retour, il faut contacter le service client.
Je contacte le service client, qui me dit que c'est une erreur et que le retour n'est pas possible pour cette marque. J'insiste plusieurs fois, ils me disent que le retour n'est pas possible.
Une honte, a fuir

Impossible de se faire rembourser !
J’ai passé une commande d’une robe pour un événement. Le délai de livraison annoncé de 5 jours est totalement faux, j’ai reçu ma commande avec 15 jours de retard et ce n’est seulement qu’au moment où j’ai eu la notification d’envoi que j’ai su que le colis venait de Chine directement… déjà ça commençait mal…
Ensuite à réception je me rend compte que la robe comporte un défaut que je signale immédiatement aussi bien par mail que par whatsapp. Il a fallu être plus que patiente pour avoir une réponse. Jamais de réponse sur whatsapp, et après minimum 10 jours enfin une réponse par mail qui me renvoie vers le moyen de paiement pour obtenir le remboursement ! La bonne blague ! J’ai tenté de contacter Shop le moyen de paiement utilisé et bien sûr ils me disent qu’ils transmettent l’info au vendeur… c’est le chat qui se mort la queue… j’ai retenté un mail à Sarille et j’ai eu exactement la même réponse que la première fois… je pense que ce sont des réponses automatiques… bref ça s’appelle de l’escroquerie ! Ils n’ont pas respecté leur engagements de remboursement en cas de défault sur le produit… ne commandez pas sur ce site !!!!

My order didn't came, when i asked them if they can help me they wrote that they have an information that the package was delievered to me and when I wrote back I'm working with delivery and I know it didn't they wrote excuses...well, month later the order still didn't arrive, they gave me option for ordering a new item for free, but I have to pay shippment again...excuse me! I was robbed. 65€ through the window...puf.
I definitly don't recommend! Very dissapointed!

This company is a scam. I ordered two dresses and none of them were like the pictures. One was similar but not the same and with very poor quality. And the other was completely different! The one I ordered had sea shells and the one I received had flower. I then saw comments in their instagram accusing them of scam, but they removed the comments meanwhile

Ho acquistato 2 mesi fa ma il prodotto non è mai arrivato e non c'è stato rimborso. Quindi deduco sia un sito truffa!!!!!

It’s a Scam !!! You can not return anything, they don’t reply . The quality is just shameless ..

I placed Order #1120 on 4 August 2025 and paid €208.25 for three items. I emailed Sarille on 12 August to ask where my order was, as the tracking links did not work. I never received a response.
Once the items arrived, none of them fit, so I immediately tried to initiate a return—well within the 14-day window. I emailed on 6 September, but the message bounced repeatedly with delivery errors. I then submitted their online return form on three occasions, most recently on 16 September—still no reply. I also messaged them on WhatsApp (+32 466 314 727) and Instagram (@sarille.ue) on 11 September, and again 19 September, again with no response.
I have used every official communication channel they provide and have received zero reply. My return window is now closed, not due to inaction on my part, but due to deliberate non-response from Sarille. This is unethical, especially for a business claiming to operate under EU standards.
I strongly recommend avoiding this retailer. If you need support or to return anything, you will be ignored. I am now proceeding with a formal chargeback through my bank to recover the full amount.

Terrible experience. They use influencers’ images to give credibility to the website, but what I received was a completely different item, badly packed and crumpled. Misleading, careless and dishonest. Zero care for the customer. I will never order again and will be filing a formal complaint.

Total scam. They use influencers to add legitimacy to their brand but they are dropshipping from china. Don’t believe the 2 days delivery in Europe. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for the order coming from china, not the UK. I don’t know how businesses like that can go on for a while spreading lies in their policy’s like that. I just hope they don’t look so cheap and bad quality, as returns and getting my money back doesn’t seem like an option now. UPDATE: dresses arrived, one is not even the dress I ordered, the other 2 look awful, $5 worth fabric

It's a scam!! I ordered a 60€ dress and got a terrible one from a chinese warehouse. Different pattern, different cut, different fabric... they just send something so they can say they're shipping products.

This is a fake online store. First time I visited the website the address was in UK but now it is the US. If you google the address (which has an opening hour on their website) it is a restaurant.

I ordered a dress on the 9th of august for a wedding on the 7th of september, shipping 2-8 days. When there was no status change for a week I tried to contact them without any luck. Tried their email and social media accounts bu no one replied. Finally the shipment was on its way (from china, not UK), doubt it will arrive in time.

I did a reversed google image search and the dress is from aliexpress.
