I ordered the same “velvet “ jacket with embroidery and got the flimsy polyester rag like all others on this site , with printed on markings , not embroidered. I got this in early February 2026 . It’s now mid April and l’ve not got my 30% rebate which they promised on Feb 12th . I paid £49.99 for this rubbish and was told to return it at my own cost of £40 , why ? They eventually offered £14.99 rebate which still hadnt come and with endless excuses .Avoid this scam , don’t buy anything , it’s pure rubbish and photos that don’t match the goods . No return possible

Not even worth 1 star! Shocking quality, nothing like the photos - more like a cheap and nasty velour than velvet.
No shape, hangs like a velour dishcloth!
They make it so costly and difficult to return to China (not London at all!!) at your own expense - they take no responsibility at all.
Really don't know how they can continue to operate...why haven't trading standards stepped in?

This company is a total scam, have nothing to do with it. I ordered a jacket, and a cheap shirt arrived. I asked my credit card to stop the payment, which they did, then Sarah&David asked them to reinstate the payment, saying the company would refund me within 20 days. They did not. So my credit card again voided the payment.
I wish I'd had the sense to read a few reviews before I ordered from them! But if you've already done so, press your credit card company for a refund, and don't give up!

The jacket my wife ordered was described as luxurious velvet with embroidery - what she received was 95% polyester / 5% spandex, with a printed design. company refused to accept it wasn't as described. After many emails they eventually agreed to accept a return, but only at a £40 cost to return it to China. Complete con artists.

I wish I’d read some of the reviews before I purchased a velvet navy jacket/coat in the advert it said it was velvet with embroidered cuffs & lapels , £49.50,
Wow when it arrived it’s absolutely shocking cheap velvet with printed cuffs and lapels. It doesn’t even hang on the hanger properly. Absolute scam, I contacted the email that was advertised to request information on how to send it back, given them all the details that they need they just kept sending me back the same email to send details and reasons of why I want to return it, told him like three times now, so I’ve given up chasing your tail please do not buy from this company

This company should be reported to trading standards as describe themselves as London based when actually in China. I have returned 2 shoddy items and still waiting for a refund...Shopify have done nothing to assist either. AVOID THIS COMPANY - TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND REFUNDS NOT GIVEN

As others have said - if I could give zero stars I would! This is a China-based company (NOT London as described) . The garment was nothing like the photo, very shoddy quality for £50! The “no -quibble” refund is a farce. You can return items to China using Royal Mail tracked & if you do it online it’s about £15 (P.O £22) but they will not refund you the postage. They received my item 3 weeks ago but ghosted me when I asked for my refund. I finally got my bank involved after exhausting all options my end. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!

This company is a scam. Ordered the velvet jacket at 49.99 . Was like a piece of rag. Offered 10% refund to keep it. Ie £5 avoid like the plague. If could give zero review it would be more appropriate

Garments were not as described on website - the garments delivered were cheap, poor copies. Replies to emails are AI generated and finally they want me to pay to return the items to China. Their disclaimer is that if they goods do not arrive in China then no refund. Do not buy from this company they are not honest or trustworthy.

My order was incorrect and now asking me to give my clothes to charity or return costing me £40.00 without giving me details where to send! This is is CON business and I do not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to lose money! The company is not even accepting that they sent wrong dresses and fabric is plastic........ horrible material

Please, please, please read the reviews before parting with your money. I wish I had. The dress looked beautiful online, it arrived and to say it was cheap fabric, not cut to size, appalling craftmanship and generally just not something I would ever purchase. On top of that, trying to return the goods to secure a full refund was very painful, pay £40 to return to them, wtf! I eventually accepted an offer of 30% refund and the dress is in the bin. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

The previous reviews are correct this company is very dishonest so don't shop on their website . The goods are tacky and cheap and not at all like the photographs designs. The branding is so misleading this is not an English company but some cheap factory in China.

Do Not use this scam company. I had exactly the same experience as everyone else. They aren’t in London or a family business. They send rubbish badly made items, then try to scam you with £40 return costs. This is clearly illegal and needs shutting down.

'Refined embroidery, detailed floral pattern with metalic threads.....What the item actually is, is...cheap, thin polyester material, NO embroidered detail, just pictures of flowers. £49.99 down the drain, as they refuse a full refund. This business is a scam.

I really wish I’d done more research before I purchased from this company. The item they supplied was unrecognisable from the advert. They went through the usual “you need to return this to China at your own cost” to trying to fob me off with a 10% refund - which I probably won’t ever receive.
Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.

This is not even worth one star. Dresses arrived bearing no resemblance to advertisement. Cheap fabric, badly made and ill fitting. As other reviewers have said, they want to charge £40 for a return becaue they dont want the hassle of taking the goods back and they try to fob you off with telling you to gift it to a friend!!! I have written several times to this Chinese fake company parading as a British one - never again

I’d give zero stars if possible. Purports to be English company but in reality is Chinese. Extremely poor quality jacket. Looked nothing like the quality advertised. Really long shipping time. Avoid like the plague.

Update on last review I did.
So a few days after writing my review I received my parcel, I knew immediately it wasn’t going to be good as the parcel was so small, flat and very light for two items one being a jacket, I almost didn’t want to open it! Well all these reviews are exactly what I experienced opening it! The so called jacket was a piece of cloth with a turned in collar if you can call it that, nothing like the pictures whatsoever! The white blouse was thicker than the jacket ( it’s supposed to be flimsy and movable) it was s stiff polyester, with black sewing on the wrists and neckline this was supposed to be plain white. The size didnt fit at all, I’m an 8 and this was like a 4! Totally unwearable items of whatever it is you would call them, material so cheap and put together badly. So disappointed to say the least, I am now going to attempt to get a full refund. TOTAL SCAM PLEASE PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THEM.

The quality and workmanship of the product was unacceptable and this is clearly a con and a blatant rip off of whoever purchases from this site. The pictures absolutely do not match what is delivered. SHOCKING and stay away.
