Great Camera
I've been plumbing for over 30 years. I've had all the "big name" and big price cameras. This is one of the best investments I have ever made. Believe me when i tell you, the next 3 trucks will have SANYIPACE cameras on them. Great product. Great Company.

The date you leave a review is the second week of purchase. You are purchasing a pre-sale product and will have to wait a week for shipping to be scheduled. Also, due to Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday sales, UPS has a large number of packages being held up, so shipping times will be a little slower than usual. Even though we choose the most expensive and fastest shipping method, we still have no control over the speed of shipping.
Except for the large promotions that cause packages to be held up, our usual shipping speed is very fast and guaranteed to be delivered within 3-7 days.

Drain Camera
I have only had the opportunity to use my new camera once. I purchased one of the basic very small units whit no bells or whistles. It was very helpful on that drain call in locating the issue and determining the overall drain condition. If the camera seems to be durable i may consider a bigger model with more useful features. OHH and the customer service answered atleast 7 eamils worth of questions which really helped me make a decision!

not very happy my sewer camera locator…
not very happy my sewer camera locator receiver never stop charging even after three days still charging just never turn green light. pay $1200.00 that's not good.
update Sanyipace will replace my damage locator receiver sonde under warranty. Once received and work good I will post 5 star.

I'm so sorry for your confusion about sewer cameras and locator charging.
Please check out my explanation below,
Sewer Camera: It is red when charging and turns green when fully charged. If your charger doesn't turn green, please tell me and I will replace it for you.
Locator: It is red when charging and will not turn green when fully charged. To check whether it is fully charged, look at the battery indicator grid. A full grid means it is fully charged. At this time, you can unplug the charger. If it is not full, it means it needs to be charged.
If this charger doesn't turn green, don't worry, it's not damaged.

Professionalism and good assistance
As can be seen from the title, I was very satisfied with the pre-sales assistance, as not knowing the equipment to purchase I had to ask many questions. The responses were always quick and comprehensive. Speaking of prices, I must say that I searched a lot online and offline but I didn't really find better prices, thanks Sanyipace. Shipping times in Europe are good as they also have European warehouses. Ultimately I consider Sanyipace a reliable company.
