Purchased a S810ASMKT Sewer Camera and S68R Locator. Fast Shipping. Items arrived within 5 days of placing the order. The micro-SD was broken in shipment but not really a big deal. First time use experienced water entering in the camera connector which was tightly fastened. I will contact Sanyipace Service for this and will update this review with their response.

Great customer service

I purchased a camera a little over a year ago and it has served me well and I’ve had very little issues. I recently broke the card reader slot (my own fault) and customer service was amazing. Even though I was out of warranty they sent me a new card reader slot. Communication has been fantastic and the camera works extremely well for being less than half the cost of large name brand units. I recommend Sanyipace to others who are in the market for an affordable camera.

Have been using this product for about half a year now, has been very user friendly. had one small problem with the camera end, but their customer support team was amazing to work with, they sent a new camera end right away and stood behind their warranty. Would definitely recommend this product

I inspect MRI Cryogen Vent Piping for medical systems. I placed the order for the F5100DJKABTX camera and was impressed at how quickly it arrived. Once I started playing with the camera to get to know how it works and learn about all of the functions, I was happy at how easy it was to use. I had a few questions for tech support regarding memory and warranty and they answered my questions promptly.
Once I started using the camera for inspections, I found the kit lightweight and easy to transport. Being that most of my inspections take place on the top of a ladder or a roof I didn't want something that was heavy or bulky. The camera itself works well, and the LED lights have 5 brightness levels making it easy to see in the dark spaces.

They are always quick to help out and very quick to always email me back when I have a question. I needed to have a few parts replaced and they always honored the warranty.
