Same with the others here. It’s been 4 weeks since the purchase and nothing is happening to the delivery/shipping side. I ordered a single swimsuit and been in a contact with this retailer’s customer service team for a multiple round of emails. No ETA and there are no available options for refund or to cancel this item. I’ll take the advise from others and will contact my bank to proceed with the dispute on this charge. Do yourself a favor and save the time/money to deal with this site. STAY AWAY! I shop online all the time and I can’t stress enough how horrible they handle the shipping/delivery status with you. I’m seeing many others like me to note that they are not receiving the product in the end. Don’t buy anything from this site. A pure headche over a piece of swimsuit.

Adding another warning here as there are so many suspicious fake reviews here. It turns out this is notorious online retailer fraud based in China. They appear in different business entity and scamming the customers without sending the product and posting fake reviews to induce more people still. The bank forwarded this case with the authorities to request investigation as they are so many similar cases reported. Don’t buy and stay away from this money sucking cheap scheme by fraudulent foreigners.

Placed an order for 2 swimsuits & sarong hasn’t arrived & have not received a refund!!! Scam!!

BEWARE: Placed an order April 30, 2024. It is July 3rd 2024 and still have not received the item. I did email the company with no response. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. Very cooperative with placing orders and correcting orders.

Santorinistyles has an easy to use site that offers quality clothing at fantastic prices. 6 thumbs up.

Horrible. Order $250 worth of clothes and never received it. Emailed them and they gave me a generic response with no solution to my issue!

I placed an order with Santorini Styles in January 2024. I was told March 9 “The usual transit time after the shipment is 2–4 weeks.” It had been 5 weeks since the order was placed. I was given bogus tracking numbers. I requested a refund on April 1. I was told April 2, “We regret to inform you that your recent order appears to have been lost in transit” and “In light of the lost shipment, we would like to offer you a replacement for your order at no additional cost. We will expedite the processing of the replacement and ensure it is shipped to you promptly.” I accepted the offer against my better judgment. April 23, I asked for updates, as I had not received the replacement. I received a generic response stating that they were working to process my order. On May 11, I sent a request for updates and requested a refund again. I received a response the same day, “We're pleased to inform you that your reshipment has been handed over to the courier service. We are currently awaiting the tracking information from them.” I responded that I did not want the item anymore and suggested that the company was running a scam and demanded a refund once more. On May 13, I received a generic email telling me that they are not a scam. I again requested a refund in response. May 20 I had not received a response and again requested a refund. May 25, I received an email from a manager, Kimberly, who said they had submitted my refund request. On June 8 and again on June 18, I had not received my refund or any updates and again demanded my refund. Today, June 21, I received a response stating “Unfortunately, our accountant has declined the refund request citing that the order is considered to be very old. However, we would like to offer you the option of receiving the refund in the form of store credit or a gift card for our store.” This is unacceptable.

I always buy from this shop. Quick shipping, great quality CORSETS and great pricing! I will be back for more soon!

If you have already made a purchase from this site, CONTACT YOUR BANK and dispute the charge. Let your bank know this is a fraudulent service and get your money back.

DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered a set and it NEVER arrived! Tracking number i was sent was a fake and customer service responded once telling me "to be patient" and then they just stopped responding. My order was placed on Apr 28 and today is Jun 12... almost 8 weeks! I guarantee any positive reviews on here are fakes.

SCAM!!!! Placed an order, was charged and never even got confirmation of my order. They have dodged giving me a refund for months. I don’t think I will ever see my money! Chinese scam!!!!

Complete scam. Placed order beginning of April and it is almost middle of June. Support is no help and refused to refund while always replying it is on the way or they will contact shipper. And do not use Apple Cash to pay because they will not dispute the charge so now I am out of money.

Still awaiting product and refund total scam

I have ordered two swimsuits, one was two months ago and they stated it was lost in delivery. In the interim I had reordered the swimsuit and asked them to refund the first one. They now say they’re looking into it and have not processed the refund even though they know it was their fault. Now the second swimsuit seems to have the same tracking issue and I get zero help from them. It’s a scam and now I’m out $160.

This was first ordered on April 6th and still no resolution.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I felt like it was legit bc Sezzle is a checkout option. Yeah hell no. 55 days later no swimsuit. I’ve been emailing and they keep lying stating that it will come and nothing. I’ve now just reported it as fraud and will get my money back that way.

I just have good things to say about this store. It’s very easy to find what you are looking for.

I CANNOT GIVE THIS SCAM COMPANY EVEN ONE STAR.
I ORDERED A SKIRT IN MID APRIL AND IT HAS YET TO ARRIVE.
THE SO-CALLED TRACKING NUMBER SAYS IT HAS BEEN IN TRANSIT FOR 31 DAYS.
AVOID THIS SIT LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I AM GOING TO HAVE TO NOW CANCEL THRU MY VISA CARD.

It fits quite well, and the material is cosy and soft, but delivery was late that's why I am giving

3 months, and still no order. Now they're 'offering' a gift card but no refund. I've asked for my money back and now they're not responding at all. SCAM. 6/11 update - they finally sent me a digital gift card after 6 emails and this negative review. I can not confirm if this is real until I actually receive a shipment. The response from them is not accurate. How do you they know who is writing this review and what my order number is? They're lying.

This company is definitely a fraud, they also gave me the run around. Do not shop here! Their LLC has over 60 complaints! Never received my top
