Der Service von Sante Privée hat mich überzeugt. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Terminorganisation lief alles schnell, professionell und unkompliziert. Anfragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet, und ich fühlte mich während des gesamten Prozesses gut betreut. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit, die Zuverlässigkeit und die transparente Kommunikation des Teams. Man merkt, dass großer Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit gelegt wird. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung – ich würde den Service jederzeit wieder nutzen und gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe meine Nasenoperation über…

Ich habe meine Nasenoperation über Santé Privée Health durchführen lassen und bin mit meiner Erfahrung sehr zufrieden.

Der gesamte Ablauf war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend organisiert. Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Burak, der mich während des gesamten Prozesses begleitet hat. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hat alle meine Fragen schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Dadurch habe ich mich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Auch das Hotel war sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Transfers zwischen Flughafen, Hotel und Klinik haben reibungslos funktioniert und waren perfekt organisiert. Ich musste mich um nichts kümmern, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Insgesamt war der Service ausgezeichnet und das gesamte Team sehr professionell. Ich kann Santé Privée Health jedem weiterempfehlen, der eine Nasenoperation plant und Wert auf eine zuverlässige und umfassende Betreuung legt.

Ich möchte meine durchweg positive Erfahrung mit Sante Privée teilen.

Von Anfang bis Ende wurden meine Schwester und ich hervorragend betreut. Ein großes Lob gilt Herrn Burak und Frau Shaima, die uns während des gesamten Prozesses begleitet haben. Beide waren äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit für uns da, sodass wir uns stets gut aufgehoben und nie allein gefühlt haben.

Die Organisation verlief reibungslos und sehr professionell. All unsere Fragen wurden kompetent und verständlich beantwortet. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Unterstützung von Frau Shaima, die uns zusätzlich auf Deutsch begleitet und als Dolmetscherin unterstützt hat.

Excellent service

Excellent service — everything perfectly organized

I had a great experience with Sante Privée. They act as an intermediary for cosmetic surgery in Istanbul and took care of absolutely everything during my stay. From airport transfers to arranging consultations with doctors and coordinating with the hospital and hotel — everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

The whole process was well-organized, and I always felt well taken care of. The price-performance ratio was also very fair for the level of service provided. I can highly recommend Sante Privée to anyone considering a cosmetic surgery trip to Istanbul.
