The test of a company's service is not when things are going well, but when an issue arises. I recently ordered some items from MyPhotoSocks AU and when they arrived, I felt they weren't quite the layout I was looking for (photo superimposed onto shirts). When I contacted the company, they could not have been more helpful. At no cost to me, they drew up new layouts, sent them to me for proofing and when they were absolutely perfect (I made a couple of improvement suffestions during this consultation, all of which the comany listened to) the shirts were printed and sent to very quickly. The shirts arrived today. They are perfect. I really cold not have asked for better service. I have ordered other items from this company in the past and since. The service previously was always fast and efficient. And the products good. However, the experience when things did not go to plan was exceptional. Real Service!

I was looking to do something fun and special for our son's wedding. They have a wonderful dog which is a center of their life. I discovered MyFaceSocks and asked about getting some shirts with faces on them. Taking the picture I provided they created a fantastic tropical shirt pattern with son/DIL and dog. Working with Jason and his team we approved and received our ~40 shirt order in a very timely manner. We were all impressed with the quality of the shirts. If anyone is looking to do faces on any of the items them have I highly recommend them.

Ok I was actually shocked. Really didn’t know what to expect. The pics online are very computer generated and leave way too many questions. But I took the risk ordering 8 shirts for my friends birthday. They turned out exactly as I wanted. Her floating head on a Hawaiian shirt. It’s hilarious. The shirts are front and back full print. Feel nice and silky soft. Probably polyester/nylon blend. Delivery was super fast and worked perfectly for my timeline. Very happy they have this option with larger orders. I will 100% be buying more!
