I ordered two sets of tires from this company. The tires never arrived. In the first case, Fed Ex delivered the tires to Knoxville, TN, which is hundreds of miles from where I live. Someone signed for them.

I ordered a second set because the company offered to issue a full refund on the first order, claiming that Fed Ex had "misdelivered" the first order.

Initially, the tracking information showed that the second order was also "misdelivered" to an address on the other side of the state. Eventually, the tracking info was updated and showed that the tires were eventually returned to sender as "unable to deliver".

To this day, no one seems to know what happened to the first order.

Meanwhile, I'm still trying to get refunds for both of these transactions. As of today, the company's website is down and an email I sent them came back as 'undeliverable".

Do NOT do business with this company unless you want to go through endless grief and aggravation. The positive reviews on "TrustPilot" are not from real people.

I ordered some Anker Solix PS400 solar panels. They arrived fast in the original sealed Anker tape. The price was lower than Anker was offering them during their Spring Sale. They were in new condition and did not appear to me to be a return or a refurb. This is a new product from Anker and so not old stock. Shipping instructions were a little weird, but it showed up without me getting involved, so that is a win.

These guys are excellent. Order was delivered on time with no issues. Support is also great. They will help you with anything and everything. Definitely recommended.

After never receiving the tires I ordered and finally getting noticed that they were canceling the order, I searched for the alleged business address. Turns out the Sheridan WY address is a front for many online retailers. A couple of weeks later thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges hit my credit card account. Everything from fast food to Walmart to hotels. Luckily I was not held responsible for the charges and the account was frozen. Coincidence? I can’t say for sure but wanted to let everyone know what I experienced.

Ordering with Sansujyuku was a wonderful experience. The price of my Ego weed trimmer/leaf blower kit was the lowest I saw anywhere and what I really appreciated was the thoroughness of their communications every step of the way from ordering to delivery. That is uncommon with online vendors.

Seller had very good price on welding table, shipping was very fast, product was as described, excellent packaging and just a smooth transaction.

I was searching on line for tires and this company appeared in my search. I compared the tires that I purchased with other suppliers and this company by far had the best price. I received the tires quickly and they are installed and balanced. Thank you!

I needed a drill press for my wood working projects. Went on Amazon to get one but I got a price alert. Another site (Sansujyuku.com) that had a better price with free shipping. I was a little skeptical but as it turns out it was a very good deal. Not to say it will be as good for everyone, but it worked for me.

Looking for cheap and good tires is never easy after few bad experiences. I checked and investigated Sansujyuku before finally buying 4 tires. I was sceptical but their web systems and communications were checked okay. I had no problem putting in the order and setting up an account and no posted with the payment.
To my surprise, the tires even came way early - 3 days earlier than scheduled. New tires in perfect conditions and ready to be installed.

I am not sure why my earlier review disappeared from this site but Here is my experience with Sansujyuku. I ordered some tires. A day or two later I randomly received a package from walmart.com that was redirected from another address in my region to my address. About this time the tires were shipped but were sent to another address and then redirected. Eventually two of the four tires showed up. An investigator showed up soon after the tires arrived which were shipped from Walmart informing us that they were purchased with a stolen credit card. Later two more tires arrived. I returned them to Walmart. Interestingly the company refunded my credit card. I suppose they did so because they got caught. Now FedEX won't deliver to my house because my address is associated with shipments purchased with stolen cards.

Such great service!!! I ordered Tires from this company and not only were they a great price, but they also arrived very quickly. I will definitely order again.

What I found was a Great Price on a Great Tire! What I experienced was seamless process from purchase to a very quick delivery!

I thought of giving a 4 star because the phone numbers were busy or disconnected. Thankfully, I saw a review that said they timely respond through emails so I emailed requesting tracking number and it was provided. Once that happened everything was smooth. The product came in as advertised. Great experience.

2 phone numbers, helping other customers at this time, hang up on you, ordered tires 2 days ago and the order is still processing money not removed from my acct. yet. Calling bank to suspend cd. card order. Saw several reviews leaning towards scamers, not good when they can't answer the phone.

Outstanding prices to begin with! I ordered on the weekend and immediately received confirmation. US-based, they shipped from Hayes KS on Tuesday and was at my door on Friday. That's respectable.

They emailed me at every step of their process, even after it was delivered to check and see if all was received OK. I replied to that email as requested and they thanked us again!
