My package never arrived even though it says delivered . I been trying to get in contact with customer service but just receive the runarounds. You need to get your act straight and stop scamming people i paid for my package and not even a refund did i get

not heavy on the nose

tried these for a week, already switched from my old frames mostly because the nose bridge doesn’t dig in at all—feels lighter after hours. didn’t get the same sliding issue I had before, either.

The product that I bought was not as…

The product that I bought was not as described! It was the light up fish that displayed on the ceiling I will never buy from them again!

Despicable, Unreliable, Dishonesty, and a Fraud

This is my third time messaging sangboxs. I now have a problem trying to ask for address for return products and getting a refund. With no success I'm getting frustrated and inpatient of waiting for a reply. Youse have been avoiding my dispute and prolonging my case, this is unacceptable and unreasonable of youse. I have never got a refund for the first complaint I made and never received the correct order. Now I'm reporting another case and I like a refund as this product is Bullshit stuff and this has gotten out of proportion with Sangboxs. Shocking and disturbing. Unbelievable how youse hide from these circumstances without properly resolving the issues that involves customer losing money because of undeniably avoiding the situation at any given cost.

Kids fell asleep under sea lights

Put this on the nightstand right after unboxing, the rotating part is quieter than the last one I bought which was annoyingly loud and wobbly, though the charge port cover feels a bit flimsy. Still, the fish shapes are actually clear on white walls.

Folded It Up When Moving

after switching rooms, i just collapsed the shoe shelf and carried it in one piece—didn’t expect the weight to feel this legit. putting it together first time, the grooves matched up without much fuss. overall, it’s out of the way and still holds all my sneakers.

HEMMING TAPE DISASTER

They advertise their hemming tape as not needing to be ironed on.What I that was a roll of white tape, glossy on one side and on the other side, adhesive covering half the strip. Because the adhesive only covered half the strip, it was inadequate to actually stick onto the material. Further, when you cut the tape it dislodges the adhesive and it just breaks free from the tape.
Completely inadequate product and vastly overpriced. AVOID
I've since discovered you can get a better product from IKEA and it's much cheaper. SANGBOXS IS SH*T.

I ordered a cute highland cow, it is lovely but came without a microwave pouch

I ordered a cute highland cow, it is lovely but came without a microwave pouch. I emailed customer service who said they would send another one but I had to pay postage. They sent me a link, but that took me to a page where I had to pay full price. After numerous emails with no answer to my question, I accepted a small refund. Their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend ordering from them.
