This is the 3rd or 4th car purchased from Sandles. The sales people are very helpful, never pushy. The car I’ve just bought is perfect, and immaculately clean when I collected it. I dealt with Liam, who was always helpful and kind. The purchase was done very efficiently, everything went very smoothly and I can’t praise the company enough. Would recommend 100%

Sandles Car Supermarket were fantastic in the whole process, from me finding the car I liked, making initial enquiries, to collecting my new car. A huge thank you to Lloyd who made the journey easy, to the point he even organised the car tax. Lloyd is knowledgable, polite, friendly, and put me at ease. He explained everything and more that I needed to know, and was never pushy. I think everyone can see how much he enjoys his work and an absolute asset to Sandles. Sandles is a very relaxed environment, and very impressive. I’d have no hesitation in both using them again and recommending them to anyone. It quite literally was a pleasure to purchase my new car from them. On top of all that, the car I purchased was clearly looked after by them, and from a brief look around there huge amount of cars, they do all look best in class. Sandles were very helpful, allowed me to look round the car, test drive, take as long as I wanted to decide, no pressure and when I decided I wanted the car, it was straight forward and easy, no hassle.
Once I took delivery of the car, the next day a warning light came on the dash, they had it back in, courtesy car for me, and the problem was sorted. Very professional.

Sandles Car Supermarket staff were good because they all had the answers to questions about the car I was buying. Gina is who processed the sale and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very friendly, organised and delivered on everything she promised. I drove down from Scotland to buy a ar, simply because the right one came up and no others locally could match the car you were selling. Gina was detailed with all the information I required. She sent videos of the car as I was unable to view the car before I commited to the sale. She was punctual on the day of the sale which was key as I had many miles to cover to get home. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. I have bought many cars in the past but this was by far the most pleasant experience. I would put this down to the professionalism of Gina and the team and the way the whole business operates. Gina managed to get my car serviced and valeted ahead of other cars as I had one day in that week which I could drive down to buy the car. The valeting team did wonders on damage Gina pointed out in videos previously to the repairs. This gave me a used car in exceptional condition which I can now enjoy many happy miles of motoring.
