The dog coat I ordered is excellent quality and was dispatched very quickly so arrived sooner than expected. Also good value in the sale.

Great value but beware of the 14 day return policy as I just missed this and when I reached out for further help, I was ignored.

I was hesitant to use this company due to many negative reviews but I decided to take the risk and only make a small order (they had the top I wanted in stock). And my experience is very good. I got my item really quickly and exactly what I ordered. I cant comment on their return process as I'm keeping my item. Keep it going Sanderson.

Ordered over £700 worth of clothes from this company - nothing arrived. They cancelled the delivery with DPD. I emailed persistently, with no reply. Finally i receive a response saying they didn’t have a size 10 coat however they had an 8 and would this suit. I immediately reply saying yes, this would be suitable. On receiving the coat, to my surprise, they sent me the wrong colour. This £700 coat was just shoved in a box, no coat bag and had a very strong smell of perfume so had clearly been used. I am so disappointed! I wrote to Nicole and she was very apologetic and gave me options in how to move forward. I replied 3 days ago and yet again had to chase them (still waiting for a response!)

Quale lettera io aspetto un pacco e anche grande, la dogana mi dice che è una lettera o poco più grande di questa, che è stata spedita da una persona e no da un sito web con e commerce ,ma con posta normale, ho pagato $30 per spedizione internazionale in Max 10 giorni, e una bella somma per l’ordine,e loro mi mandano una lettera! oltretutto sospetta tanto che la dogana la ferma dal 27 gennaio,chiedo spiegazioni al servizio clienti mi risponde Nicole per mail che in primo momento mi da un’altro numero di tracciamento poi mi dice che loro hanno spedito di aspettare,e che se la dogana chiede soldi devo pagare io se no rifiuto la merce la rimando al mittente e poi loro mi daranno il rimborso ,resta il fatto che tre maglioni una t-shirt un cappello sciarpa guanti altri oggetti non entrano in una lettera .cosa mi avranno spedito? E perché non ha spedito l’azienda ma un persona privata?
Non è la prima volta che compro online UK ma SICURAMENTE MAI PIÙ DA SANDERSONS mi dispiace non aver letto prima le recensioni mi sono fidata del negozio che conoscevo , non faccio causa perché sono troppo lontana ma dovrei.
Ora mi chiedo ma un’azienda così grande e’ l’artefice di questi disservizi o è solamente gestita da personale incapace,

As everyone else is saying on here, customer service is appalling, the web phone number might aswell not exist as no one answers it, I had tried a week straight as well a numerous emails which seem to be partially answered by two different females who are already named on here from previous bad reviews, then they ignore you

After also trying to contact through store at Sheffield as I believe the head office is there, I contacted the Stroud store, who should be a credit to this company by being the only cooperative and helpful side to customer service

Thankyou Stroud team for sorting out my issues, I’m hesitant to shop online again and only wish I lived closer to the Stroud store

Further update - despite calling accounts and being put through to Nicole, who had not answered any emails since one on Jan 7th saying the refund would be "3-5 days" who checked and said for some reason my refund was "half processed" and she had now sorted it - it's been over another month and still no refund despite multiple chases. Appalling.

I ordered an item that showed it was available,,,,,weeks later I contacted them to find out when my purchase was as the delivery stated 3-5 days and was more than 2 weeks without delivery
No indication of a problem and today I was informed that the item is out of stock !,,,,,,
Why did it show online available and NEVER CONTACTED TO SAY IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE..???
Do not use this fraudulent company they take your money and don’t deliver

I’d give zero stars if I could absolutely horrible company, none existent customer service, rude, arrogant staff . Buy NOTHING from these people shop anywhere else. 🤬

I was afraid about all the reviews I have read but we can’t judge a company just because of the bad reviews, can we?!
So I bought I lovely heels on Friday and it arrived today! Really pleased with all!

Wish I checked the reviews before ordering, my experience is the same as the other 1 star reviews.
Ordered for a Christmas present and the shoes were too small, sent them back 30/12/24 and didn’t get my refund, I was told to wait 14 working days. I escalated it to PayPal and the seller has ignored all messages. I’ve finally had an email saying I’ve got a refund and to wait 5 days. I’m still awaiting my refund so I’ve escalated a claim with PayPal now. I’d recommend people to avoid this online store as their customer service is appalling.

Like many of the other customers, ordered goods which didn't arrive and now being totally ignored despite emailing numerous times.

Have opened a complaint with PayPal.
