Fortnum & Mason hamper !!!!
We were pleased with our electric blinds, survey fitted all good. So much so we recommend to friends who made a substantial order.
We were sent an email to say we would get a Fortnum & Mason Hamper picture included.
To our disappointment we did get a hamper but not the one promised! So small not worth recommending !!!
Did call 4 times and did not get call promised.
Great when you order but not so good after service 😞
Should not promise something they can’t supply ..

Expensive Error. Won’t buy from them again.
The cream was advertised on Sanderson’s website with a photo of the older version of the packaging (the cream has the same name but has been rebranded as a pot of cream and has a thicker consistency).
I know the older version is still available on some websites. When it arrived (2 pots costing £100 plus £6.50 p&p) it was the rebranded version. Customer Services contacted me to tell me the product wouldn’t be as advertised but by that time it had arrived.
I was given the option to return it but I’d have to pay yet more money to post it back.
Very disappointed.

Order cancelled with no explanation. I ordered yesterday evening but received a refund notification this afternoon without any sort of explanation or apology being offered. Really poor service after I messed around yesterday through their convoluted checkout system...

Twice now i have ordered from…
Twice now i have ordered from Sandersons and twice they have decided the item is no longer available. First time they refunded quite quickly, second time never said a word, waited till i queried where my order was. Worse thing is though is that they could not be bothered to take the first item off sale, its still there and i bet they second item will stay too.
