Genuine company who do what they say. Managed to receive two refunds so far worth over 6k between them. They keep you informed every step of the way and make no judgement on your circumstances. There is a fee for their services ... relative reasonable ... but it is a no win, no fee situation. I would have never had the time to write complaint letters etc to corrupt companies so fees are justified. People moaning about unexpected fees obviously did not read the contract they signed. Thank you for all you have done!

After discovering their promise to contest unjust credit card fees, I engaged their service to alleviate my debt, assured by their "no win, no fee" policy or the deduction of fees from the recovered amount. To my dismay, I received a bill for their services to decrease my credit card balance, a deceptive and potentially fraudulent practice. Consequently, I found myself burdened with additional debt and facing the looming threat of CCJ proceedings.

Please do not use this company!!!!! Full of complete incompetence! Then fed a load of lies! Sent me a “cash offer” 3 times then told me it was an “error” 3 errors in 2 days not exactly competence from a company is it!!!! Absolute fraudsters
