I am glad that I enrolled myself in the SYNC Life with Purpose program with Coach Sandeep in December 2021 and was so happy with my progress and mental health that I repeated it in 2024.
While all was falling in place, I needed that guidance and clarity for the sustainability of those good things.
I want to thank Coach Sandeep for helping me achieve the following (and much more) through this program, which I can truly celebrate:
Discipline and being organised
Decision making and not procrastinating, being proactive
Increase in confidence level
Saying no whenever required 
Anger /extreme emotions control
Taking one step at a time and not getting overwhelmed

I can imagine there is so much scope to improvise my life with benefits that this program has given me.

Very good teacher/ coach. I had the opportunity to learn Reiki from him. He not only taught the subject from in depth but also gave a very holistic view of various things surrounding the topic along with examples.
