I’ve ordered several items - beach towels, bath towels, and a blanket. I am very happy with the quality and appearance of all of them. They are everything promised. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the price. To replace all my towels would be a small fortune. Otherwise I am an extremely happy customer!

Nice size and not too heavy
Update: After the excellent exchange with customer service I have updated the rating to 5 stars. The care and tips helped my satisfaction and I can confidently recommend Sand Cloud as a product that is worth the price and with responsive customer service.
Original Message:Nice size and not too heavy. Loose string starting to fray on towel. Not the most absorbent towel. Does not dry out faster than regular towels. But overall an okay towel.

Towels aren't very absorbent
Towels are well made but I dont think they as absorbent as they could have been. The bath towels were OK but the beach towel that I used at the pool did not absorb much water at all. I bought it because it was lightweight but again not very absorbent at all.

Customer service is outstanding
Customer service is outstanding, easily 5 stars, the product quality in my most recent order was not as expected and a bit disappointing as the dye color in the towels bled out of the towels after the first laundering resulting in almost a tye dyed appearance making the towels look older than brand new. Customer Service replaced the defective towels without any difficulty and I appreciated their prompt resolution of this problem.
