Sand Blasters is part of the M & T Traders group and is a family owned company that was started back in 2008. At the beginning we were just called Martyns Bargains and we started in a small industrial unit in Retford, Nottinghamshire. As the business progressed we decided to expand and make things bigger so we could hold more stock.From the start, our company had a popular demand because we offered products at a great pricing structure and we have grown a good customer base by keeping to this structure. We are a team of husband and wife who are very hard working and dedicated towards what we do. Throughout this journey, we have gained an immense amount of knowledge and are still learning to this day.

This seller was first class i needed a shot blast cabinet and he explained the best pressure to blast at i went to collect a slightly damaged cabinet and because i went to collect he upgraded it to a new one first class service

Zero Customer Service
I bought a product from Sandblasters for about £250 and it started to fall apart after a few months. After contacting customer service I received no reply, so I called and the lady wasn’t helpful or polite. Eventually I get a email response which was to delay the resolution of the issue because the gentleman in charge was going on holiday.
I chase again a couple of times and eventually several weeks later the reply is they cannot help and that I should call the manufacturer.
The manufacturer tells me the retailer should be resolving it. So I return to Sandblasters customer service and despite 3 emails over the period of a month I have still not heard a thing. The silence is deafening. Thank goodness I hadn’t bought one of their products worth several thousand pounds is all I can say. I wouldn’t advise anyone in good conscience to use this company.

The trouble when you deal with a 3rd party company sometimes is that when you want help, advise or spare parts they run a mile. This is exactly what has happen with this chap, This customer needed a new pull start for his Stanley Hedge cutter. I contacted Stanley on his behalf and got messed about terribly and in the end was not able to help this customer. This is why we no longer deal with them. Appalling service.
What i can say with confidence is that if he had bought one of my products that i have produced in our factory there wouldn't be an issue as i stock every single spare part that might be needed.

Great company do deal with always on the end of the phone too help. Had my blaster about 3 years made use some money blasting steel wheels ready for paint full set in about 40 minutes. If you need help Julie is great and will get back to if she don’t have the answers. Not a lot of genuine company’s about now but you have found one here . Keep up the good work.
