Feels great to order something and have to ask about your tracking # more than a week later only to find out the item you ordered isn’t even in stock. I understand there are shipping delays due to covid, but an update before I had to reach out would’ve been appreciated.

Samurai Blaze is lit
I’ve purchased several times from Samurai Blaze and never had any issues. Items were exactly as described with fast shipping. I love my Grav Coffee cup it hits soooo well without getting water in my mouth on a hard rip. Samurai Blaze has never failed to disappoint with their products, shipping, and customer service. I ordered a piece from here that I had been looking for, for a long time. I Was excited to see they had it. I ordered it and even payed extra for shipping. I didn’t receive the package for 10 days even though they guarantee 5-9. The piece finally arrived and it was the wrong one. I emailed them and they took a while to answer and even ignored an earlier message I sent. I got the wrong piece because they forgot to update their website. Instead of letting me know they just sent it to me. Nothing was offered to me for my troubles and overall this situation was complete bs
