I’ve been testing Same Movie for a few days now. It works fine for downloading shows, and I appreciate the simplicity of the interface. There is nothing complicated to figure out.

Nachdem ich hin und wieder mal ein Film heruntergeladen habe, versuche ich seit Herbst 2025 mal wieder einen Film herunterzuladen.
Leider bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung 1600. Was immer das bedeutet. In der FAQ ist jedenfalls dazu nichts zu finden.
SameMovie scheint den Fehler auch nicht zu kennen. Selbst nach Updates bleibt der Fehler.
Auf Anfragen reagiert die Firma nicht. Man wird ignoriert. Ist ja auch kein Problem, denn für die lebenslange Lizenz habe ich mein Geld ja abgedrückt.
3 oder 4x habe ich den Support angeschrieben. Aber bis heute keine Antwort.
Bei so einen "Service" kann ich nur raten die Finger von zu lassen.

Update: Ist ja lustig. An diese Adresse habe ich mein Problem gesendet. Also wieder nur eine Scheinantwort.

Update 20.03.
Seltsam, dass die Antwort erst nach der Beschwerde hier im Spamordner gelandet ist. Wie behauptet, dass ich bereits eine Antwort erhalten haben soll, kann ich nicht bestätigen. Denn dann hätte ich sie doch im Spamordner gefunden.

Da ich nun die Lösung bekommen habe, möchte ich mich bedanken und vergebe einen weiteren Stern.

The software downloaded everything I needed. It is easy to operate and I have no problem navigating the controls. There are lots of options and settings to download exactly what is needed. I highly recommend this software.

This is one of the few tools that cover all different platforms and just works. No additional tools, no complicated additional steps to do, and customer service is amazing and very responsive.

Ich nutze SameMovie seit einigen Wochen und bin wirklich zufrieden. Die Software ist leicht zu bedienen und die Downloads funktionieren zuverlässig in guter Qualität. Besonders gefällt mir, dass ich meine Lieblingsserien jetzt auch unterwegs ohne Internet anschauen kann. Der Kundenservice hat mir bei einer Frage schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Lösung.

I've lost my product code a few times and I was able to get it again when I contacted them. They were quite helpful.

No tengo ninguna queja. La aplicación es intuitiva, tal y como explican en su página web, y funciona muy bien. Su soporte técnico responde rápido y lanzan actualizaciones muy a menudo. Estoy muy contento con la compra.

Latest update is not working ! Disney for a long time only downloads at 720p but at least the sound is still at 5.1 ! HBO is worst 720p with only 2.0 Stereo ! Maybe they can arrange downloads only in black & white so we would be back in the 70s ! If you currently in shopping for a streaming downloader, check the alternatives first !

The software generally works as expected, however there is quite a few bugs and issues, and in each release they fix somethings but tend to break other things. There customer support is very unresponsive and never helpful. (I have been waiting for 2 weeks, just for them to even acknowledge they received and are aware of my issue).

I have “downloaded” from Amazon Prime and Netflix before, and have LOST my saved copy when THEIR license ended and they TOOK MY RECORDING AWAY. That has even happened for several titles I “bought” assuming that once I “bought” them, they were mine to keep. But if I record it, I want to KEEP the recording, so I can play it anywhere, anytime, and never have it taken away.

Before SameMovie, when trying to download from either Amazon or Netflix, using free downloading tools, I have gotten only the sound, and garbled picture, if any picture at all. I did find a free way to get one episode at a time, by playing the episode and recording it. (And there IS a way in Google Chrome to defeat the “black screen” so you can get a perfect recording). BUT you can only record what you are watching, and only at 1x, which is cumbersome. Imagine getting over 300 episodes that way!

A TV series that I want is currently running on Amazon. But it’s only there for a limited time, and there is NO WAY I could get over 300 episodes recorded one-at-a-time before it goes away. I couldn’t even WATCH them in that time. I got to thinking I’d like a tool that will A) actually DOWNLOAD from Amazon, and B) be able to “batch” download an entire season or the entire series in essentially one mouse click.

There are several tools that do this, but they are too expensive for me. After some searching, I came across SameMovie and found they have an Amazon tool. (They also have a Netflix tool I believe, AND they offer an All-in-One tool, that does every site. And they are about $100 cheaper than other competitors I have seen.

I downloaded the Free Trial, which offers EVERY function, and does IDENTICALLY what the full version does (only limiting to 5 minutes of each video). Which means you CAN’T use the free trial to grab what you want and not pay! But you CAN see how EASY the tool is to use, and how WONDERFULLY WELL it works! And with full opportunity to try out all the settings, and see how large of files you get with each setting, and 5 minutes of each video is WAY enough to judge the quality of the video and sound.

They have a “10-Second Guide” for how to use it, that opens when you first download and install the software. That guide literally took 10 seconds to know where to go once I got inside! And once inside, the software “took me by the hand” and led me directly to where I could find the show I wanted to download. As I clicked the button, it offered me to select which season, and defaulted to ALL episodes in the season, and then ONE CLICK downloaded the WHOLE SEASON!!

I tried it again with several different quality settings to determine which gave me the smallest files for video and audio that was acceptable to me, and EACH TIME it takes literally seconds to select and click to download ENTIRE SEASONS in one swoop. There was a BIG BIG smile on my face as I went from there over to the website to put in my payment.

If you would like to be able to download from Amazon (and others) and get files that are just YOURS TO KEEP, try SameMovie. I can HIGHLY recommend it!

SameMovie ParamountPlus Downloader is a great way for me to watch my favorite movies and shows on the go without the internet! The product is great and easy to use. There are several options for quality to choose from and I love being able to download subtitles as someone hard of hearing. Currently, I am downloading cartoons from my childhood to watch while I travel the next few weeks. Being able to navigate Paramount's website, which I am familiar with already, makes this so easy. It's as easy as navigating to the show or movie of my choice and clicking the download button. You can quickly start the download or you can even choose advanced options, such as different video qualities, audio qualities, and different language subtitles. The part that I really like is the ability to change different options to my liking. It let's me save the video in MKV which I prefer, while also letting me save the video in H265 vs H264 to save space. This is truly so convenient and is a space saver in the long run. Beyond that I can also save subtitles within the video stream or externally. While I save them externally, there might be others that want them to be saved right within the video stream, and that is an option! As you can see there are a lot of options to customize your experience and you should definitely check it out! (The only thing I dislike is that there is not a dark mode option for this application, unlike other software. While this isn't a huge deterrent, it would be nice to have. Especially for someone like me who is up late and would prefer to have dark mode on at all times on all applications!)
I am so appreciative of such great software that is so easy to use.

Es el mejor producto que actualmente, a un precio accesible, fácil de usar e intuitivo. Vale la pena totalmente y es muy recomendado, basta con ver las calificaciones, además cuenta con soporte 24/7 actualizaciones oportunas.

On the downside, there seems to be an issue with the program attempting to upload data to iCloud on my Mac, even after I've changed the download destination. Despite this, Savemovie remains a highly effective tool for downloading media, and its speed and versatility make it a solid choice for anyone looking to manage their media library more efficiently.
