Ordered t-shirts for next day delivery on Wednesday for a Saturday event. Was told they would arrive in time. When they didn’t show up I was told that I didn’t choose Saturday delivery. This was never offered and was not understood by me.

I'm sorry you choose the incorrect shipping Option. When you went thru check you choose days in production and then shipping days and at the end it tells you what day you will receive your shirts.
I did give you a large discount on this order to help with your oversight.
Over All Very Good Experience.
I had some difficulty with designing the shirts on the website. It's not 100% intuitive. However, it's still pretty good and after some trial and error they got my design submitted. I would've liked just one shirt but apparently that wasn't an option. The shirts came promptly with the design I put on there as advertised. I'm a little worried the design will come off in the wash a little too easily but they're a one off for a special occasion so it doesn't matter that much. Despite having to order 3, the price was reasonable, the delivery options scalable and the shirts arrived on time.

HHi Spencer. I thought we took care of everything you needed. We were able to change your art last minute and we spoke with you on multiple calls and emails with multiple people in the office. I’m sorry we couldn’t get a photo of the shirt because it was already on UPS.

Absolutely dissatisfied
Absolutely dissatisfied. Ordered matching shirts for my son and his friends with extra rush and express shipping to arrive by August 23rd. So RUSH process and RUSH shipping, charged for both. Tracked them with USPS and they will not get here before August 26th, days after his birthday party. Do not use this company for your needs if it is an urgent delivery. Cannot yet speak for quality of garment but do not use this company for any rush work.

I just review your order, and your order was scheduled to ship out from us on 8/22 shipping 2nd air with a in hands delivery of 8/26. Tracking your order today it is scheduled to deliver 1-day early Saturday 8/24. When checking out you had the option to upgrade to a 1-day rush delivery which would have arrived on Friday 8/23.

Ordered last week. Needed this order by Wednesday… even though wanted it earlier… still not here… missing the event the order was made for… we paid extra to have it rushed… it increased our cost but not reflected to samedaytees… $42 extra Rush!!
