Outstanding customer service. We bought several items from the Saltrock at Cornwall Services and then proceeded to leave them in the Costa. The staff not only retrieved our items but also posted them... Se mer

Good quality kids clothes & helpful staff

I was struggling to see the sizes on the kids clothes and the assistant came to help me. She found the sizes and colours out the back if they weren't in the shop display. The clothes are of a high quality & can be passed down froom the older to younger children. Some of the socks are seamless making them very comfortable.

We go to to Cornwall services regularly and love to have a look in salt rock. Addi is always smiling and super helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We feel Addi is an asset to salt rock and look forward to seeing him again soon.

I recently purchased a woody shirt for…

I recently purchased a woody shirt for my son as a birthday present.
I went into the Truro branch and the lady in there was very helpful and went above to try and get hold of this shirt, as they didn't have the size I required. I purchased it from a different branch and the lady in the cornwall serviced branch, was very helpful and pleasant. Will definatley be back. You have a good team look after them.

I have a 14 year old autistic son

I have a 14 year okd autistic son. We often shop at the sane saltrock shop. The customer service is fantastic as textures are a big thing foer my son. The customer service us great as he has always been involved with the purchase with patient staff.
Fully recommend saltrock is an autistic friendly
