Went into the Bude store yesterday
Went into the Bude store yesterday. My daughter had ordered 2 body boards on line which had arrived but minus the wrist straps. Very helpful guy in the shop gave me 2 replacements, which is ideal as now do not have the hassle of trying to order on line or return any of the items. Simple but very effective customer service.I love the shop and the quality of the clothing is always very good. Friendly staff a credit to Bude

Visited the Bude store while on holiday…
Visited the Bude store while on holiday in the area. Staff were welcoming and friendly, even offered our dog a treat! Relaxed atmosphere. Tried a couple of items on to gauge size. Purchased a T shirt. Thought the pricing was very reasonable for a surf brand.
