I ordered paint and woodstainer in March. I received confirmation and that I would have to wait for packaging then that the goods had been shipped from China! Needless to say I received nothing! Luckily it was only £43 but even so it's amazing that they get away with it.

A follow up. No refund and stopped replying to emails. Total scam. Spent close to £100. Luckily my bank refunded me the same day I contacted them. Obviously they are a recognised scammer site.
Unbelievably they are still trading??!!

Horrible Experience - Possible Scam Alert

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sausoaltos. I placed an order several weeks ago and have yet to receive my package. Despite numerous attempts to get a tracking number, the one provided was invalid and completely useless. It feels like I've been scammed.

Their customer service is non-existent. They don't respond to emails, and there is no phone number to call. I spent a considerable amount of money, and I have nothing to show for it. This company is a complete nightmare to deal with, and I would strongly advise against doing business with them.

Save your money and avoid Sausoaltos at all costs. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, and seem to be running a scam. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I will be reporting them to consumer protection agencies.

Do not make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Sausoaltos!

SCAM site, gave me a tracking number to say that my item was delivered and wont answer my emails. BEWARE !!

It's a scam. I ordered to this company and they pretended that the package had been delivered while it had not. They mentioned about resending a package, and then not heard from them anymore....

Zoals door vele anderen hier vermeld - dit bedrijf zegt dat de goederen geleverd zijn, je krijgt een trackingnr en na enkele dagen krijg je de melding dat de goederen geleverd zijn , maar dat was niet het geval. Na hen een e-mail te hebben gestuurd, zeiden ze eerst dat we bij elk postkantoor dienden te informeren. Na opnieuw per email contact genomen te hebben zeiden ze dat ze de schoenen opnieuw hadden verstuurd, maar zonder trackingnummer en vervolgens reageerden ze niet meer op e-mails. Niets ontvangen. Hier zou er internationaal actie moeten van komen.

Hace más de un mes que pedí un maquillaje de Elisabeth Arden.
Me dijeron que ya me lo habían entregado. Cuando les dije que no y que me mandasen el albarán de entrega de dijeron que era un error y que en 8 días hábiles me llegaría.
Ya han pasado más de 15 y sigo esperando...
Ya no me contestan.

Volgens het trackingnr zou mijn bestelling 10 dagen geleden zijn geleverd. Niets ontvangen. Mail gestuurd naar Salto Altos, maar krijg geen respons...echte oplichters !!!!

Scam site, no goods delivered, string you along false emails about delivery, and distribution centres that don’t exist…followed by ‘out for delivery’ for six days…then nothing. Account owner Linda Chi. Do not purchase from this company.

As mentioned by others- this company says goods delivered but they were not. After emailing them they said they resent them but no tracking number and then stopped responding to emails. Nothing delivered. Best not buy anything from them .

I wouldn't even give 1 star , I ordered a gold necklace in March , these scammers advertised as a well known Welsh jewellery company !!! Still nothing delivered despite numerous emails , tracking and order numbers not recognised , BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY OUTRIGHT SCAMMERS !!

As last comment. Goods not delivered although they said it had. Numerous emails but no joy. Asked for refund but nothing has happened. Do not buy from this company.

Pretened to be based in Dublin Ireland and selling Solovair Boots,turned out to be a scam,im trying to get my money back🙄

A scam as reported by others. This company says that the goods were delivered. They were not. I contacted them by email and they answered they were sorry but the goods were delivered. I tried to contact them by phone (314 380 8838) and the line disconnects immediately.

Order not delivered and despite numerous emails surprise surprise no reply this company/website is a scam so I advise everyone to avoid it .

Fraud - they didnt deliver and doesn’t answer .. my bank informed me about fraud, like people was trying to take money from my account right after this purchase.

I ordered Mamoet men's clothing here, paid for it and did not receive it. These are crooks, fraudsters who advertise on Instagram and Facebook. Don't fall for it!!!!
