Ik heb een compleet servies en wat extra gekocht. Best prijzig. Van meerdere borden en bekers vallen stukjes af, terwijl ik er echt voorzichtig mee ben. Zou afwasmachine bestendig moeten zijn, valt me dus flink tegen.

What a great experience. The new location in Prescott Valley is a huge improvement over their previous location. The seating capacity is three times larger, the decor is beautiful and airy (we've heard the owners did most of the work themselves) and parking is now essentially unlimited. The food and service is still great. We would give 10 stars if an option. And, yes, we are regular customers and not friends or employees of the owners.

Very nice behaviour of the staffs. Also, the food was very yummy.

J’ai commandé de très jolies assiettes de la collection « Artisan » (4 assiettes, et 4 assiettes dessert) via le site La Redoute. Je suis ravie des assiettes mais au delà de ça le service client a été vraiment super car j’ai cassé une assiette dessert qui m’a échappée des mains. En voulant en racheter qu’une seule assiette (et pas un lot) salt & pepper me l’ont renvoyé gratuitement.

kommetjes gekocht, waren al 'versleten' na een 7 tal weken, dwz de bovenste laag was al aangetast. slechte kwaliteit, zeker niet kopen. Gerief, zelfs in de action, is beter dan s&p.

I ordered a hair extension also I had sent to my hair picture but they sent to to me a wrong product… I waste my 9000 rs be careful to buy this product from there especially online . I think direct shopping is fine…they promote wrong ad about it but their product never match .

Heel slecht servies. Na 3 jaar geen heel bord meer over.

Pendant 3 semaines je me suis fait balader par UPS, le transporteur de la marque, pour la livraison de mon colis. J'ai eu une facture de hors forfait avec mon téléphone car j'appelais tous les jours UPS pour la livraison. Salt&Pepper ne m'a pas du tout aidé malgré mon appel à l'aide. Mon colis leur a été retourné et ils n'ont même pas fait en sorte de me le renvoyer gratuitement. Ils ont remboursé ma commande non reçue, et m'ont demandé de repasser une commande en repayant des frais de livraison avec le même transporteur. La marque ne veut pas m'accorder un geste commercial en m'offrant les frais de livraison pour repasser ma commande et le service client répond partiellement ou ne répond plus du tout... Site pas du tout commerçant et expérience client à revoir !

I placed an order for New Year gifts 11 days ago, spending over $300 on the Salt & Pepper website. Unfortunately, I have not received an order confirmation email or a dispatch confirmation email. Attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am now considering filing a chargeback claim with my bank. I expected much better service and reliability from Salt & Pepper.

Outstanding friendly and efficient customer service from Jackie at Hillarys/Whitfords Store in Perth. I had a Christmas wish list for family. Jackie kindly checked each item to ensure no breakages. I

Bought four dinner sets online to use in air bnb and 80% of the pieces were so rough on the foot rings as to be unusable on wood tables. Was more annoyed that tbe response from customer service was ‘contact Myer’ (where I bought them) but zero suggestion for remedy, zero apology and signed off with ‘customer service team’ as opposed to any one person. if I was to buy again it would have to be in store and I would check every piece for quality. Probably easier to go with a different brand for dinnerware.

For a 10 years pan I waited 2 months.

Went to Hurstville store and staff said they need to contact manager two weeks no call no message as they said they need to contact the head office. Emailed head office and they said to go to store. Everything is going in circle.

Finally they told me to go to store and went there and they told me to wait 15 mins and said she needs to contact manager. It’s a waste of time.

The product is good but I received the wrong product. I sent the product back, asked for refund and sent three emails but it's been longer than two weeks and I have yet to receive a response or at least an update on what's going on. It's just crickets.

The product was good and service is good. First I got the wrong size and I returned back by Bpost but I didn’t get my money back . I wrote many many emails and they didn’t even answer or respond yet .so please suggest us to what to do ? I also sent massage on contact us .

2 jaar geleden een volledig nieuw servies gekocht. Heel wat vragen rond de kwaliteit. Bij het minste vliegen er stukjes van de borden bv bij het stapelen of wegzetten. Ondertussen schiet er bijna geen enkel bord meer over zonder schade. Wij zijn beschaamd om deze borden te gebruiken als er volk komt.

Folgebestellung eines Geschirrs: ein bei der Lieferung gebrochener Teller wurde anstandslos und zügig ersetzt.
