We've been working with this agency for our Amazon account management, and overall, it's been a positive experience. Their team handled everything from listings and creatives to marketing, and it showed — the work was professional and well-executed throughout.

Communication was one of their stronger points. They were generally responsive and kept us in the loop, which made the collaboration feel smooth and reliable. Having said that, they did not communicate about increasing their pricing and this came as a surprise. For a business relationship built on trust, that caught us off guard and wasn't handled in the most transparent way. Overall, a good agency for Amazon account handling — just make sure pricing terms are clearly agreed upon upfront.
