Very responsive customer service
This site offered the best price for the recliners we wanted. Delivery was fast and products as described. We had a couple of issues with a courier delay for one item and an incorrect part, but the customer service was excellent and they always responded straight away to any questions and issues, and everything has been resolved positively.

Placed the order in August. Its October and still no delivery or any update
Placed the order in August expecting delivery within 10 days as advertised. Its October now but have not received the shipment or any update. The item I purchased was an outdoor chair which is most useful in the Spring and not in the Summer when its too hot to sit outdoors.
Very poor service.
