The process was quick and the criteria was easy to understand and upload. I really appreciate the quick response through the online chat and calling customer service. Stephanie was very patient and knowledgeable with all of my questions and concerns because I too was skeptical at first because of how easy it was to get approved... but they really made a believer out of me and you should try it for yourself. I was approved on Friday, and the process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Over the weekend, I had a few questions, and Stephanie called me today to answer everything clearly. Easy process, lack in support or talking to anyone.
I was approved and that process was easy, however I’ve been trying to get in touch with anyone in customer service, chat is offline during business hours, the phone number says no agents available to leave a message, I’ve emailed 3 company email addresses, all done during business hours and still have not heard from anyone 3 days later still waiting.

Literally in the 11th hour of a financial burden about to set in and after 2 straight days of attempting other loans, I came across Salarly. You guys rock! My expectations were extremely low after numerous denials applying for other loan companies. The process was straightforward. It took about 10 minutes but through the whole process each step was a step to getting a straight answer. No diverting to other sites. I was in shock as I got closer to the end and the process took me to setting up the allotment for each payment. Then the final document for signatures. I could not believe it when everything was finalized. The amount I was approved. The low payments. Your website is easy to understand and extremely user friendly.
