Great training by Saj. In particular really enjoyed the clever use of language to enable negotiation with the vendor and agent. Steps were broken down and were easy to apply.

Absolutely brilliant day workshop, no other course comes close. Plenty of content, but most of all lots of our own calls & also dissecting the calls, so we understand what we did well & what we need to work on. Saj is on hand to help take over calls if needed. We get to learn different ways of structuring calls & adapting depending on the way the call goes. Would highly recommended for anyone learning how to negotiate whether it be speaking with property owners, landlords or investors. A* course

Enrolled onto the DFI programme. If you think watching YouTube videos is enough, wait until you’re shown Saj’s negotiation framework. He’s the real deal, took live calls with our own vendors and showcased his techniques live in front of group.
