Our experience with Sailflags
We recently purchased an L-shape banner, a 2.5m backdrop banner, and a tablecloth from Sailflags, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. All three products were excellent quality and incredibly easy to put up and take down. They also came with handy storage bags, making transport and storage a breeze.
The team were fantastic throughout, extremely helpful and turned our order around really quickly. We will absolutely be returning customers and would highly recommend Sailflags to anyone looking for high-quality display products and great service.

The quality of the sail flag is great, but design proof service was a bit sloppy
The quality of the sail flag is great. Prompt delivery. It did take a number of (unnecessary) iterations for the design proof to actually feature the correct name on the flag - the designer was clearly rushing and not checking. No matter how busy the person and the business, the proofs should not have been sent out without checking. It just looked foolish, unprofessional and wasted unnecessary time of both parties.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're really pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the sail flag and the prompt delivery.
That said, we're sorry that the proofing process didn't meet the standard you should expect from us. You're absolutely right that details such as names should be thoroughly checked before proofs are sent out, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to go through multiple unnecessary revisions. We appreciate you highlighting this, as it's valuable feedback that helps us improve our processes and maintain the level of service we aim to provide.
Thank you again for your order and for recognising the quality of the finished product. We hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience next time.

Product and quality as good as aways but let down by for courier service which reflects in the company. I was told twice times for a delivery date and waited in for the item to be delivered only to be told it had been rescheduled. Messed about by a poor courier service. But can not fault the quality of the flag, base and carry case from sail flags

Thank you for your continued support, Philip. We're really pleased to hear you're happy with the quality of the flag, base and carry case, and that the products continue to meet your expectations.
We're sorry the courier service let you down on this occasion. We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait in for a delivery, especially when dates are changed more than once. While the delivery itself is outside of our direct control, we appreciate that it reflects on the overall experience and we'll continue to work with our courier partners to minimise issues like this.
Thank you again for your honest feedback and for recognising the quality of the products. We genuinely appreciate your business and hope to provide a smoother delivery experience next time.

Brilliant service and products! We've used Sailflags on several occasions now and have been really pleased with everything we have had. The guys are really efficient and quick to come back to you, I also found them to be extremely patient with me when I kept wanting to tweak the designs. MOCGB Sailflags
As a club, we have worked with this provider of sailflags for many years, and our main contact has been Mark Boase. We prefer the roll-over car bases and requested an extension on the poles so the flags clear the car’s wing when used outdoors, preventing any marks. The company designed and now supplies us with double-sided sailflags, which we use at all our shows, and we are gradually providing each region with its own set.
Great service and always very helpful—especially when we decide to tweak the designs.

It’s always a pleasure working with MOCGB, and we’re really grateful for the long-standing relationship. Mark’s always spoken highly of your team, and we were lucky enough to see the club in action at the NEC this year — the cars looked incredible, and it was brilliant to see the flags out in full force! We're proud to have developed a setup that works for your shows, especially the extended poles and roll-over bases. Thanks again for the trust and collaboration — we’re always here when you need us.

Extremely Helpful & Good Quality Product
I sent a sketch and a photo of an athletic club vest to Sailflags to take advantage of the design service. Russ took my ideas, then colour and text matched to the vest and produced an ideal product for us. We communicated both on email and call and received nothing but great customer service.
We purchased a 2.4m double sided, scoop edge feather flag along with a fillable base and carry case. Russ advised the light grey liner may show through the white but we were more than happy with the finished product. We've used it at multiple competitions now, it looks great in person and in photos. Despite being subject to various weather conditions it's still in perfect condition. It's also very quick and easy to set up and take down.
Thank you Sailflags.

Thank you so much, Janine — what a lovely review to receive! It’s great to hear how pleased you are with your flag and that it’s performing so well at your athletic events. Russ really enjoyed working with you on this project, especially bringing your sketch and vest design to life. He takes a lot of pride in matching colours and details accurately, so he’ll be delighted to know you’re happy with how everything turned out.
We’re also glad the flag has proven durable in all sorts of weather — that’s exactly what we strive for when we manufacture every flag here in Cornwall. The scoop edge design looks fantastic in motion, and it’s brilliant to know it’s helping your club stand out at competitions.
Thank you again for choosing Sailflags and for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate it and hope your flag continues to fly proudly for many seasons to come!
Warm regards,
The Sailflags Team
