I ordered a rare perfume worth AED 900 only to be ghosted by them. All my texts and emails have gone unanswered. I'm 100% certain this business is a fraud and operating as a front. Please save your money. I have already reported this business to multiple government bodies - hopefully, they will begin their investigations soon. Please stay away from this business.

untrustworthy company
I oreder on 23rd, and pefume was very rare to be found. It was shown as 4 in stock! So actually I was exicted. I was waiting and still I am waiting for delivery. I try to call mibles, no answer, the one has been provided in the website is out of service! I call fix line, no answer. I sent 2 emails, no reply. I sent What's up, no reply. I left message in Chat Box, so reply. If noone reply me in 3 days I will put a formal complain.

Thieves
I visited their site, the perfume I wanted was in stock. I ordered and paid. 5 days later they tell me that the perfume will be delivered the following week because it was out of stock and new stock was coming. Since then, no replies to live chats, nor emails, and they never pick calls. The location they have on google is a fake location.

This is my third time to buy from…
This is my third time to buy from you…but this time i doubt if it is authentic…no barcode on the box ,even the seal tape is not tight like i used to see from two previous perfumes.

The differences you noticed, such as the missing barcode and the seal tape, might be due to variations in packaging from the manufacturer. However, we understand how this could raise concerns.

The perfume was amazing but
The perfume was amazing. Delivery quick and easy. But I paid 15 dhs for gift wrapping, the wrapping was messy and done so unprofessionally that I had to remove it before gifting the gift.
