Superbly helpful!

Had an issue with delivery (not their fault but the carriers) and Ella couldn't have been more helpful getting the issue sorted.

Superb service all round. Large and valuable order requested at short notice and needed to be put together with accuracy and very quickly for prestigious customer working on HS2. Can't give enough praise. Without a diligent and reliable supplier we would have lost a very important order. Thanks very much. Great service.

Excellent service from Alan and the team at Glasgow. Helped us out tremendously with lifting gear. Always our first choice when lifting gear is required.

Dealing with SafetyLiftinGear for few years now. The staff has always been very supporting. Very proactive in replying our emails, taking our booking and prepare our orders on short notice. The delivery driver is also very cooperative, always help us in offloading our orders.

Dave Perry the Depot Manager always try his best to help us in all aspects, he sort out deliveries on short notice and also arrange straps for us from his other branches. Highly recommend this company.

Was recommend Safetyliftingear by a company I work for who use them extensively for a wide range of equipment.
I had to purchase various slings, karabiners and harnesses for a project of my own.
Was really impressed with the service and would recommend highly

I ordered a ladder stabiliser for next day delivery. Unfortunately the courier company let SafetyLiftinGear down and put it on the wrong truck. Ella was great in tracking down my parcel and passing on my new delivery instructions. She kept me updated throughout the process until delivery was made. Thanks Ella!
It's good to know that some companies still offer such a personal and efficient service. I'll definitely purchase from SLG again.

I have been using Safety Liftin Gear for the last 8 years and cannot fault the service they provide. We now have a trade account and James is always really helpful and replies quickly, which is really good when working to tight deadlines.

We have built a great working relationship with safety lifting gear over the past few years. James Bertham has been an asset to our company and we can’t thank him enough for constant help & advise. Amazing company and amazing service.

Absolutely fantastic service from this company. Holly and Steve have gone above and beyond to ensure that we had the best customer experience on every occasion. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Highly recommend!

Answered the phone in seconds - absolutely pleasantly surprised. Spoke to a wonderful young lady that took my order and to save hanging on the phone, would ring me back. Gentleman spoke with me soon after about my order, gave direction and solid advice on what I needed & everything I needed was in stock. Fantastic service, wonderful staff and great price. Really well done

Thank you – delivery received today.

I just wanted to compliment your company on a great and super efficient service.

Extremely impressed 😊

Can not recommend SafetyLiftinGear enough, vast range of items always in stock with next day delivery, without the help of Steve, there would have been several delays on jobs for my business, I can always count on them to help us out at a last minutes notice.

Used SafetyLiftinGear at several businesses, always satisfied with their service and continued support. Definitely one of the most reliable and cost-effective companies in the market.

I have onboarded safetyliftinggear at 3 different companies now as our primary supplier for our working at height needs. Steven Murray being my main contact and I have to say they are one of the most efficient suppliers I have ever used. The products are fantastic, the price is great and on many occasions its ready for collection the same day or next day delivery. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them going forward. Keep up the good work guys. It's a pleasure.

Needed some lasings to help secure items during our recent house move ordered the 400kg cam buckles excellent little product work a treat

We have attempted to make purchase online of which was refused due to their poor payment checking system.

We emailed them multiple times over a period of time and never got any reply back.

We then called in and the lady which answered was extremely rude, cantankerous, obnoxious and kept interrupting us and further more kept saying we were saying things that we never said which was all an extremely surreal and confusing experience for us.
Lastly, the same lady whom we spoke to hung up on us twice and all we wanted to do was make a purchase!

Needless to say that we are now seeking out an alternative supplier as we don't wish to do business with nor fund ill practicing Companies such as this one.

After purchasing some lifting / fall arrest equipment the order confirmation came through with the incorrect billing address on so I contacted customer support on the web page and very quickly afterwards I received a response for Ella Taylor who was extremely helpful and also friendly and couldn’t do enough to resolve the issue. Ella was fantastic and took total ownership of the issue through to completion and as soon as the order shipped Ella forwarded me the required VAT invoice with the correct billing address on it which I needed for our accounts team. Customer service without hesitation 10/10.

Amazing little product ordered a furniture dolly to help with the recent house move was a god send simple to use but helped so much with the big bulky items making light work of them 5 stars
