The last two digits of my order are #42) was shipped via USPS, USPS Priority Mail on 6/17/2025.

I placed an order with SafeRingz on the morning of June 16th, 2025, and paid an additional fee for 2-day delivery. The estimated arrival was clearly stated to be within that window — yet a full week later, I still haven’t received my package.

When I contacted customer service on Wednesday (June 18th), I was told:

“Your order shipped out with USPS Priority Mail on Monday the 16th. Tomorrow, June 19th, is a federal holiday and no mail will be delivered…”

That would’ve been understandable — except June 16th was a Monday, so the package should’ve been delivered by the 18th at the latest, even with a federal holiday on the 19th.

When I followed up to express concern about the false promise of fast delivery for an extra charge, I received this dismissive response:

“We need to be patient and wait for USPS to do their job…”

So essentially, I paid extra for expedited shipping, and was told to just be patient when the timeline was clearly not met. There’s no accountability for the misleading delivery estimate, and no offer to refund the shipping charge I paid.

As today my order is at “ Latest Update
Your item departed our USPS facility in
CHICAGO IL DISTRIBUTION CENTER on June 24, 2025 at 4:27 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination“.

I expected more transparency and ownership from a company that claims to value customers. I won’t be ordering from SafeRingz again, and I caution others to think twice — especially if you’re counting on timely delivery.

Very good non-metallic ring, flexible and stretchable. As a carpenter I had avoided wearing a metal wedding band for a long time.
In search of something made for tradesmen I found these rings. I will not scratch or mark a wood finish. That was also important for me.
They are awesome.
First I ordered the wrong size- it was way too small.
The return was really easy, because I didn’t customize it.
The second was good, and I also ordered another one. So now I have two- silver and platinum. I chose the regular (narrower) width.
One is customized on the inside.
They are awesome. No problems with oils, lotions, sunscreens.
If anyone is looking for a good wedding ring/band- these are awesome!
Thank you for thinking of people that work with their hands, or just want to have a safe non-conducive ring.
I will buy another one.

Started with 2024 Christmas Gift and progressed. I have almost all of the originals (size 8 restock pending) and wife has them all. Fun way to acessorize. Wear them exclusively as the 50 yr old wedding rings and diamonds are stored for special occasions. Great company. Excellent products (got some eBay ones to make up the missing Originals color/sizes. OK but SR are better quality IMO). ATMO.

Just love your product, and when my original delivery did not arrive a replacement was graciously sent in a timely manner.

Because of Arthritis I needed a softer ring to keep my 25 year streak of wearing my ring going. You helped to continue that.

I would give 5 stars but they misspelled my engraving in the ring for my husband. Overall it is a great quality ring & we love it!

While I like the ring, I wish the small thickness was available in the size I need. 11.5. Additionally, when wet, the ring slid off very easily. Due to this, I lost the ring in the oven only. Week after having it. I do not have this issue with any other ring I’ve purchased

Very friendly, personable service and connection to their customers; you’re not communicating with a bot or series of pressing buttons on your phone to get assistance. After losing 2 Saferingz because I ordered them a bit too large, they sent me a group of Saferingz to try different sizes and styles…free of charge!

We love SafeRingz. Its the perfect solution for my active husband. Although we understand there is only so much you can do with "silicone rings," we do wish there was more variety. Otherwise, we really have no "cons." Thank you SafeRingz!

Excellent quality of rings! Both my husband and I are active runners and hikers and have completely switched over to these silicon rings (our metal ones are gathering dust in ring boxes). Quick delivery too.

I made a mistake when ordering a ring. When I reached out to inquire about fixing it, they sent me a new ring. Remember, this was entirely MY fault. Wow.

Great quality and fits true to size. Very comfortable and easier to wear than a traditional ring.

The “metal color” is not exactly metal, is more a plastic-like gray.

Super happy with our purchases. My wife and I purchased these rings to wear around the house, to the gym, etc. So far we are very happy with them. Very comfortable. Keep in mind they will stretch a bit, so if it is a little snug when you get it, that's a good thing!

Love them for comfort, for working out and being non metal for several reasons.

I love SafeRingz. I work in the Healthcare field & take gloves on & off all day long. I never have to worry about my ring poking a hole in my glove. My husband works in a manufacturing plant & I don't have to worry about his ring damaging his finger. Plus, since it is silicone he can wear it in the plant.
