Safe Removals Omdömen 

We've used these guys for two house moves in the last 5 years and have been very pleasantly impressed both times. All they need is a supply of coca-cola and some chocolate biscuits and they'll work without any breaks for as long as it takes.

Moving days are stressful but I found that using Safe Removals took away my concerns about packing up my things and unloading the other side. They just got on with it, leaving me able to worry about more important things. Everything was where I wanted it.

I'd recommend them based on the job done for me and will definitely use them if I can ever face moving again!

Very nearly a 5 star review but there are two points I'd bring up:

I'm willing to give the company the benefit of the doubt in terms of the amount of time they seemed to be taking while standing around in or around their van - they may have just been trying to make sure everything fit safely and securely (which it did, to their credit.) We might not have met the 4 hour deadline if I hadn't carried quite a bit. The really heavy pieces (huge rosewood table, giant rosewood hutch/shelf/thing) were ably dealt with by the two removal men on their own so I've no complaints there.

My only other issue concerns the unholy ritual that one worker performed in the bathroom of our old flat before we left. I certainly wouldn't deny a fellow human the use of the restroom and at least it wasn't our new flat but the half-life from his dark and sinister leavings could presumably have been measured in weeks. The toilet needed a bit of cleaning lest it look like a spiteful attack on our previous landlord.

Well, I moved house yesterday and quite frankly I would not have been able to had Safe Removals not stepped up and had a man in a Luton van rescue the entire situation only forty minutes after I called to explain that the removal company I initially went with let me down at the last minute. They even agreed to match the quote that I was initially provided, woop!

I was sitting outside my old house surrounded by my possessions whilst I made this call and as you can imagine it was a perfect opportunity for a company to make a few extra quid from someone in a desperate situation, but there was not even a suggestion of this from Safe Removals, they were honest, professional, fast, reliable and extremely accommodating!

I really cannot recommend them enough, thanks so much folks!

We have used Safe Removals last week for moving house in North London.
We'd like to share our experience with the crew and management, which was beyond great! Every time we were unsure about something we called an office and Patrick gave excellent advice and put us in rest. Removal crew moved, dismantled and reassembled all the furniture beautifully within the timeframe.
We also found the crew very friendly, smiling and hard working. They even gave my husband a lift to a estate agency to drop the keys 2 miles away!
Overall great price and great service we will definitely use them again and will recommend to anyone who is looking for honest and professional removal company in London. Thanks guys!

Will use again next time I am moving

Moving house is not my idea of fun so we required a company that would do pretty much everything from start to finish, I spoke with someone from the safe removals team and booked in a date to start the removal process the team turned up on time and started emptying the house quick sharp.

All the lads where friendly and polite they took good care of all our items and gave helpful suggestions for packing certain belongings.
I was impressed with the attention to detail when unloading our items nothing was just dumped in our new home for us to sort ourselves, the entire day was a success and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I thought they charge higher than other removal company, but I was wrong. They fixed me a suitable date when I rung them. Arrived on time and packed my stuff with great care. Also, delivered and unpacked my goods safely. No issues at all. I will use them again. Thank you.

Patrick gave the most thorough estimate, provided me with an arsenal of bins, a 4 man crew and huge truck, his guys finished the job with two drop-off locations in 5.5 hours. also I have a lot of stuff. in fact, they were so quick it left me extra money I had budgeted, I was able to tip out the team generously.

I work 7 days and 90+ hours a week. It is the holidays. I haven't moved in years. This should have been an arduous and stressful experience but Safe Removals made it a breeze. Their rates are great, especially for such an efficient and thorough team (zero breakage, so much care taken in wrapping and boxing my valuables.) The movers were professional, and even though I have so much stuff (some of which they demonstrated feats of inhuman strength) they never complained or dragged arse or maneuvered my belongings inefficiently. I will never use another moving company again. So great. Do yourself a favour and use these guys!!!

Good value for money

I have moved three times over the last 20 years and these guys are definitely excellent at their work. They gave excellent communication service from booking to arrival. Alex and his team were prompt, careful and very pleasant people. They are extremely hard working and conscientious. They also know what to do pack things and dismantle large furniture and beds. They are highly recommended by me.

After a stressful few weeks in the run up to our move, the day I was dreading arrived and I couldn't have hoped for a more seamless move! Workers were extremely professional and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, the only item during the whole move that got broken was a lamp that my husband dropped (typical!) - in fact, they probably packed everything with far more care than I would have done myself!!! By bedtime our new home was in a surprisingly organised state!!! I recommended Safe Removals to a work colleague when she moved last month and she can't speak highly enough of them either now. Really glad I found Safe Removals and would recommend them to others absolutely without hesitation.
