Safe and Well Together is a specialist wellbeing, health and safety consultancy founded in 2011 by Sarah Piddington, with over 23 years of experience protecting people and businesses across the UK. We work with small and medium businesses who want genuine expert support - not a call centre, not generic templates, and not a five-year contract they cannot escape. Every client gets Sarah as their named competent person from day one, satisfying the legal requirement under Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. Wellbeing, health and safety are treated as one integrated system - never separated, never bolted on as an afterthought. Our retainers start at £500 per month, with full pricing published on our website. After an initial three months, contracts run month-to-month with 30 days' notice; you should stay because it's working, not because you're stuck. We also deliver bespoke live training grounded in neuroscience and psychology, Gap and Risk Reviews, a 30 Day Compliance Confidence Programme, and the Compliance Kit - a physical, immediately auditable document system that works when the portal cannot. We also offer fractional Health and Safety Director and Wellbeing Director services for businesses that need strategic leadership without a full-time hire. We do not do fear-based compliance or tick-box exercises. We build workplaces where people are genuinely safe, genuinely well, and genuinely looked after - and we have the client relationships to prove it. Trusted by businesses from three-person startups to BT, Openreach, British Transport Police, London Underground and easyJet.

Excellent Value For Money

Love Water is a company specialising in the supply of drinking water to homes and businesses. We are a team of 17.

Safe and Well Together completed a Compliance Clarity Diagnostic for Love Water and gave us a clear, prioritised picture of where we stood on wellbeing, health and safety. They identified a critical gap we didn't know we had and walked us through exactly what needed fixing and why.

Sarah Piddington is knowledgeable, straightforward and easy to work with. She made the whole assessment interesting, she was non judgemental, and ultimately helped us to understand our business responsibilities. The work she competed for Love Water was excellent value for money.

I would recommend her to any business that wants to get their wellbeing, health and safety sorted properly.

Highly Recommend Safe and Well Together

I had the pleasure of attending a training session led by Sarah Piddington of Safe and Well Together, and it was genuinely one of the most impactful professional development experiences I've had. Sarah's specialisation in psychological safety really sets her apart - not just in knowledge but in how she brings the concept to life.

From the outset Sarah created an environment that "felt" psychologically safe, which made the learning both authentic and engaging. Sarah has a rare ability to balance evidence-based insights with real-world application, using relatable examples and interactive discussions that encouraged honest reflection without pressure.

What stood out most was Sarah's depth of understanding around team dynamics, trust and communication.
