I have been doing my first at work training with Safeaid Services for years and I wouldn't go anywere else. You will leave feeling confident in your first aid skills due to Stu the trainer, he will go over things if you don't understand, no question is stupid, he tells you as it is no big medical words/phrases. A wonderfil atmosphere to learn. Oh and he is very knowlegable but not big headed

An all round excellent training session. Just completed a 2-day paediatric course. I've done a few first aid courses during my time working in schools, Safeaid are far and away the most engaging, informative and useful I've attended. Fantastic delivery and Stuart, the trainer, really elevated everyone's confidence levels when dealing with a wide range of emergencies and medical issues. It all comes down to confidence and knowledge and Stuart made sure we all left with both. Thank you.

Very relaxed learning atmosphere, giving you the confidence to participate and use any previous knowledge of first aid to answer questions. The highest level of training from a total professional. You will walk away from the course knowing that you are competent in delivering first aid in any situation. Highly recommend using this company.

I’ve never done First Aid training before but I went to safeaid for a two day course and now feel very confident in First Aid. The teaching was excellent and very engaging, easy to understand and straight to the point in what you need to know. The instructor makes you feel really confident in what you are doing and encourages you in all tasks. I got 100% in my test thanks to the instructor being so informative and encouraging. Thank you! I really enjoyed the experience and will benefit from this massively.

I come to safeaid training all the time now and would never go to anyone else. Just completed my 2 day refresher training. Best first aid training by far (its in willenhall and one in erdington ). I would definitely recommend this training as it is a fun enjoyable practical way to learn the stuff you REALLY NEED TO KNOW as a first aider. They have the best resources ive ever seen which are carefully cleaned and they provide you with individual masks and bandages ect..for (covid) reasons. Stuart makes it enjoyable and in a relaxed way so you remember the things you need to know. He gets you all to work as a team so your learning all the time from him and others. Yes there is an exam, but because his practicals are so good and the knowledge and information he gives is exact and to the point the exam is not as hard as you would think so nothing to panic at. Just enjoy your days there with them.

Just completed my 2 day paediatric first aid with Safe aid. Having been one a few different training courses this one was by far the best. The content was delivered brilliantly. There was a perfect mix of theory and practical. I now feel I can confidently carry out any of the skills taught if ever required.

I just finished a fantastic 3 day first aid at work course. Instructor was brilliant. In depth knowledge but layed out in a focused and practical manner for all to follow.

Just completed the three day course, highly recommend this company and the course. The instructors are friendly and approachable, the pace of the course is good and I've used new equipment like the CPR dummy which is linked to a computer to give you feedback on how well your doing. I feel a lot more confident after this course and can't stop telling people at work about it. Thanks.

Recommended to me by a friend after years of first aid courses elsewhere.. This company is far the best for teaching, so professional, making your learning experience fun.

The teachers are ex police/firefighters so they teach from the heart which is so difficult to find elsewhere. Their equipment is up to date, clean and classes are fun. No nodding off!

I've been with them four years and would not change. Prices are reasonable too.

I was very nervous about attending my first first aid course, however Stuart made everyone feel at ease and welcome. The course itself was extremely informative, I left with a lot of skills and knowledge that I never had before. I feel a lot more confident if I should ever need use my first aid skills. Would happily return for a top up course when needed :)

Genuinely the most I’ve ever absorbed from a First Aid course.
The two days were very informative and covered everything in depth.
It was delivered with a twist of humour that helped make scenarios memorable.
