I ordered five bottles of Kleen Off Caustic Soda (Order No. 72967) in August 2025. However, instead of the branded product I purchased, I was supplied with a cheaper and noticeably weaker alternative.
I promptly sent photos and full details of my order to highlight the issue and have followed up several times since, but my emails appear to have been ignored.
I also tried calling customer service. The representative took details of the items but did not ask for my address or order number. I had to provide that information myself, and it was clear there was no intention to properly investigate or resolve the issue. No action was taken following the call.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience due to the lack of response and customer support.

Ordered several items including 1kg tin of rasmalai. Instead of the 1kg tin, received a single 500gm pack of 4 pieces. No response to email with photos of short fall. Not nice to be short changed by a company, will not order from them in future. Will also advise our numerous circle of friends about experience. Small loss but matter of principle as online ordering is based upon trust.

Sadda has great range of products and they deliver the items quickly. The goods are packaged well and always have a long expiry date. The customer service team is amazing at responding quickly and they call when there are missing items. We order from Sadda regularly and have not experienced any issues! Horrible customer service. They missed one item in my order and now no response from them. I have sent them numerous emails and even called them but no response. So basically I just wasted that money. Beware !! If you’re missing anything in your order you will not get any response or refund. I am not using them again.

I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND AND ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS. AND THEY ARE NOT REPLYING. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. PATHETIC.

We bought a pani puri box just to enjoy home made craving. The puri inside it were all soft, bad and crushed . My brother immediately went to refund it cause it was soggy. The people working there were rude and said they can’t do anything about the package since it was open by us . How can we know about the product if it’s okay without evn opening it ??? Doesn’t make sense . Instead they are questioning us that they can’t do anything about it . The cost of those 40 small puri was £3.80 which was waste since it was soggy and not to be consumed.

Very happy to have found an online supplier of our favourite dates from Jordan River, Hadiklaim. Very well packaged and fresh.

i have bought elephant atta 5kg from sada store and white flour bugs in the bag,whole bag was wasted , low quality and old stock in store, fraud desi people rip off desi people, low quality crap products on high price

I used to purchase groceries from the shop when lived close by. They have everything from food variety to small kitchen/household stuff and of good quality. So was very happy to know they do online delivery to the place I live now.

Missing items. I ordered online to save my hurdle in carrying the heavy weight items but they missed most of the items and i had to go pick them up the next day.
