I ordered tablets with this company without looking into the present medical conditions that my wife has, when we checked after they were delivered if my wife could take them we then realised that they would have some nasty effects with her medication, I contacted Sabels customer service and my enquiry on how to return my tablets and cancel my subscription was dealt with by Jessica. Not only did she help me me with canceling my subscription but walked me through their return policy step by step, considering it could have been easy to say it was my fault for not checking Jessica was outstanding and so very helpful, it's service like this that encourages you to use this company again which I most definitely will. Thank you Sabel for your great service
Unfortunately after ordering your product I discovered I was unable to take it due to a conflict with my current medication. Jessica from customer service handled my cancelation and refund with fantastic customer service. She was polite kind and truly an asset to your company. She went above and beyond my expectations, the best customer service I have ever experienced

I have to say I'm a little worried because the customer support has not responded to me and I find that very nerve-wracking when you place your order there's a box that says 25% off but you're so anxious to get the product you don't realize it's 25% off if you get a subscription type of order which means renewable order oh my god I've been trying to reach support to either cancel my order so I can reorder without the subscription or to ask them to just add on the normal price so that I don't be stuck with a renewable order and no one has yet to respond you don't even get an automatic email back to say we got your email and we will be getting back to you soon Plus there's no phone number I'm going to make sure I never order from anywhere again where there's no way to call and get a live person so albeit , I have not got my order yet it's not time for it to get here but I'm already worried just because customer support has been non-responsive . I will follow up once I get my product , if I get my product and if I'm able to cancel this renewable subscription that I never intended so be careful when you're ordering and read very slow and carefully

Seriously a game changer for my bloating and gut health! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, we are now nearly a month from purchase and still no product arrival and according to the tracking it has been on more planes than my summer vacation, it would appear, that if not coming from China, it is coming from the African Continent that is purported to originated!! Numerous contact originally ignored and blindly ignored requests for refund. Strong inclination that this product will NEVER arrive, please think carefully before ordering, probably use a trusted supplier like amazon or Holland and Barrett etc.

Changed my life I’ve never felt better on the toilet!
After nearly 3 weeks my order has still not been delivered. Efforts to contact their support for and answer and refund have been useless.
I would advise against using them at all.
