Do NOT use S6Energy a complete warning to homeowners!

I paid £1,800 in good faith for external wall insulation after a representative, Mr. Arslan, visited my property and promised the work would be completed within two weeks once my contribution was paid. Scaffolding was installed on 2nd December 2025.

It is now over three months later, and no work has been carried out.

Communication has been inconsistent and contradictory:

Initially, I was told funding was approved and materials had been ordered.

Later, I was told there was “no clear funding route.”

Despite repeated requests, I have received no proof of material order, no confirmed start date, and no explanation for the delay.

The scaffolding has remained at my property for months, causing security risks and preventing other essential works at property.

From my experience, this company appears to:

Gain homeowner confidence upfront,

Collect full payment,

Erect scaffolding,

Then stall indefinitely with minimal or contradictory communication.

Homeowners should be extremely cautious and never pay large sums upfront without verified written agreements. I am now formally seeking a full refund and immediate removal of scaffolding.

S6Energy’s conduct has caused significant disruption, stress, and financial inconvenience, do not trust them with your money.

I had a disappointing experience with your service. After encountering problems with the work carried. I’ve tried to reach out multiple times via email and phone, but unfortunately, I’ve remained unresponsive. There is outstanding work that needs my attention, yet I’ve received no replies to my inquiries. Additionally, I have not received any documentation confirming work completion. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.
