Had only ever heard of Japanese Knotweed in articles on Consumer or Gardening programmes. We required a report for a property purchase, Val and her colleagues could not have been more speedy, helpful and understanding. I rarely leave 5 star reviews but S4JK were amazing from start to finish.

My partner and I are currently looking to buy a house and we are first time buyers. When we were recommended to get an invasive species report we contacted S4JK. We had an initial phone call where they explained what they do and answered all of our questions (no matter how silly they sounded). We then had them booked in and had report carried out within 48 hours of initially contacting them. This has allowed us to proceed with our house purchase without increasing any timelines on the purchase.
We were worried at first about approaching a company who deals with invasive species as we thought they may try to recommend some follow on treatment works with ourselves, but throughout the whole process S4JK gave us genuine advice and weren't trying to push a sale on us.

I spoke to the company a year ago as I have a knotweed problem, they came out quickly to give me a quote and advice. Due to buying the house I ended up hitting a few complications along the way but they have been really good with this and providing everything I would need for the mortgage company.

Great service, Dean was quick to respond to my request to treat the Japanese Knotweed in our garden. They offered a full plan of treatment and guarantees for the work. I'd highly recommend using them.

My experience of S4JK has been nothing but positive. They were super friendly and highly efficient. We've not had any treatment carried out from them as of yet due to knotweed being on the neighbours land rather than our own but Dean was incredibly helpful in advising on the matter. Would highly recommend getting in touch if you have a knotweed problem.
