Ordered a shelf over a month ago. When you ask about your order over live chat they just direct you to the support email. Support never gets back to you
They claim to have sent me a refund publicly, likely in an attempt to regain credibility. Their claim that shipping has been delayed due to covid is also likely a lie. I ordered months before lockdown

we are waiting for two months now for our order. In the beginning we were told that it would arrive soon (we were told 3 times) but now we don't get any answer from them anymore and we still haven't received our order, nor did we get our money back.
